Would it be a good idea to bring the old man? instead of rocking up by myself - im 20 but i could be 17 ha And is there any preference to WHICH station is better ie; get me through no dramas? Regency? Lonsdale? Cheers

  4. scotty - was ur ceffie standard or..? Mods? and was the car in ur name...?
  5. Hey guys, How strict is regency for transferring rego from one state to SA plates? Mods on the car at the moment: POD FMIC (uses standard SMIC piping, doesnt cut thru chassis) HKS EVC-S (in glovebox) Apexi Turbo timer - hooked up to handbrake? Standard Wheels (plenty of tread) Trust exhaust (pretty darn quiet, must have baffles galore - certainly has a couple of resonators) Xenon Headlights Rear Swaybar DVD player (not earthed to handbrake) Now, the standard airbox is going back in, front mount is staying there, boost controller and turbo timer are coming out next week and DVD is being 'legalised'....Anything else I should look out for? Or should I just polish the crap out of it, put the spoiler back on and she'll be right? Any advice or opinions or anyone who had done this before in SA - hit me up! Cheers
  6. guys - took the lights off the other night, there was some dodgey as wiring going on! I wiggled the buggers then they worked! Soldering iron and crimper fixed that crap - all sweet now

  12. Hey guys, Was wondering if anybody in Adelaide SA can help me out by lending/selling me a couple of standard GT-T parts? The standard parts i am after: 1 GT-T standard gear knob (or a NON-metallic one with the H pattern on top) 2 Standard GT-T exhaust 3 And if possible (not REALLY nessecary though), Standard shocks and springs Anybody with info/recommendations in Adelaide would be greatly appreciated... Cheers!
  13. Hey bud, took the lights off about 2 hours ago and the bulbs are all sweet - i got my missus to play around with the lights/brake pedal while i had a squizz at the lights and i realised that the wiring is dodgey! The wiring from the back of the T10 globes are spliced (from factory) and housed in a blue retainer...when i gave them a bit of a jiggle they were all sweet! Looks like a bit of a soldering job 2moro...
  14. Maddog - i'll do it 2moro and let u know how it goes! cheers
  15. So you think it's just the globes on the inner lights then? seems fair enough if they have dual filaments
  16. hey guys, the inner tail lights of my GTT arent turning on when i flick the lights on - they work when i brake however... Is there a way to get these suckers working all the time? both my mate's GTT's seem to have no dramas but mine is different... Is there a simple fuse or something or do i have to get something rigged up? Any help appreciated!
  17. Just purchased a 34 and i realised yesterday that the inner 'hotplates' dont light up when i turn the lights - just the two larger outer lights. Fairly depressing as i want those four lights on at the back! Anyone have any ideas as to how i can rig them up if need be or if its just a simple fuse....? Any help appreciated!
