yeh mate the series 1 hks cam gears

i was told these cam gears are no good and should be replaced because of all the little dints in them called pitting. can anyone tell me if this is normal or are they about to disintegrate.

it doesnt replace the pipe with twin turbo written on it as thats already hard or the little ones on the front of turbo they are also hard.
