Only option is give all the information to police. They should be able to get her details from the bank or other avenues & then visit her/issue a summons/charge her & then its court time!! Moderators are in the same boat you are in regards to power over these matters & can only ban/add the user to dodgy traders etc. Finding out whether other members have been ripped off will not help your individual incident as you will still have to go to the police. This will only add confusion & make your individual case messy with details that have no relevance to your situation & most of all waste time!! Just get all info together & go to your local station. Also a good idea to have a pre-written statement or report beginning from the start of the dealings as this will save time on both ends.

As the title states i have a brand new Holset HX35 that i want to sell as i need cash for a rebuilt T3 & a few other bits for a stock setup. This will need a spacer to fit stock 20/25/30 manifolds as the compressor housing fouls but if you have a high mount there should be no probs at all. Makes plenty of power at alot lower cost than a 3540 & still has great spool & flows around 46-50lbs. Price is $900 FIRM + post/courier etc which i can organise.
