  1. luckyu for you rb26 heads still seem to be legal onr b20s THC_2010_Supplementary_Regulations_110910.pdf
  2. no, 8-10mm is way too much from the caliper. depending on design 2-3mm from a corner might be OK btw please dont double post threads
  3. hahah spoke to soon. and the raceworx rb34dettrr gtr is out the window as well. thank god! good to see e85 is no longer restricted to 1 supplier (anyone's is fine, hello 92c/l race fuel!) sadly the corner cutting rule still talks about "predetermined" corners only. good work....tighten them even more next time to keep the cost down! still a PITA for me because the CAMS production car rules and aasa tarmac rally rules keep moving further apart.
  4. absolutely correct....in fact I pulled apart a 94 R32 on the weekend and it has pull clutch and long oil pump drive. also had what I would normally call 33 gtst calipers instead of the similar but different external r32 gtr calipers. few other wierd things too.
  5. ahh yeah I've got 3 spares....just change it for another second hand one. Couple of people have tried to rebuild them (there are threads around) but there are too many wierd seals you can't replace
  6. that would be Mark from Hills Motorsport...he has recently seen the light and picked up a stag. hasn't got around to painting it yet
  7. excellent, thanks for the detail. Do you have any way to see the ECU speed after you modified the dash, eg PFC? I have a digital dash that runs of the ECU, so it's not really the dash I want to modify (unless of course the gearbox signal goes to the dash then the ECU, that is how the mechanical r32 one works but I kind of assumed the electric ones go to the ECU then the speedo
  8. fair enough....where can I find something cheaper?
  9. I've got the rear middle floor mat for someone who wants it....doesn't fit with the manual conversion console. pick up only in sydney. yes I have all the other mats too. No you can't have them
  10. lol my car is wierd. no part 31038 either. you are on your own here...have to find someone else with a manual conversion
  11. ahh kk that makes sense. no idea what the part# is for stagea I can't find it.
  12. so, for better or worse, my drivers side panel is pretty much the same (although the relays are blue strangely enough). I looked for the control unit part number for my vin WGNC34 102488, and it returns part not found, ie there is no part# 31036 for my vin. maybe post or pm your vin to chook or myself, something strange here. also, chook, i was not able to find diagram 310-A2 as shown in your screen shots....section 310 goes to 310-b1 and 310-b2 for my vin?
  13. Has anyone ever used an electronic speedo adjuster like this to correct speedo reading? http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=KC5435 My stag is reading about 15% over actual speed which is dangerous for my license.
  14. yeah unfortunately the description sounds like a big end starting to spin.....audio might help
  15. yes, I'm afraid it is. Are you asking out of interest....or because you just broke a timing belt
  16. Moved to group buy section. Mark, also please note the rule for group buys: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Th...Gro-t81129.html
  17. sure looks like driver's side kick panel from that bracket.
  18. I have nfi either.....but if you can find where the unit is, I can pull mine and and you can have it
  19. ahh that would be nice if a CAMS license could pass for a road license....but no chance....even for tarmac rallies we have to hold a road license for the open road stages and cams/aasa license for the closed road stages
  20. great! (I think ) there are 2 types of traders and only 1 type had the restriction lifted. It should be fine now
  21. you are lucky to be alive. never get under a car only supported by a jack
  22. Hey the thread title says "for motorsport". My comment stands, turbos for motorsport. Unless improperly sized a turbo will be very effective For OEM use either tiny turbos or a supercharger are the way to go for sure. no-one likes a factory car with lag. Aftermarket use is totally different again and depends on your goals.
  23. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE CROCK. You might have a anti-competitive monopoly agreement to sell to certain events, but that overpriced stuff is far from the only race tested or proven e85.
  24. I did exactly that, through import monster. They were helpful by email prior, and delivery was outragously quick considering it came from an auction in jp. The particular item I needed was super rare, and import monster helped make it happen
