Probably 10 days living in tokyo shibuya, then 5-6 in osaka. Visit nara/kyoto whilst staying in osaka. Visit fuji whilst staying in tokyo, or maybe stay one night in onsen at fuji. hiroshima dunno. Might be squeezing korea in for 4 days or so. I dont think we want to be doing day trips with our luggage... What's wrong with leaving luggage back at accommodation and doing day trips? Kyoto/nara are 1hour train from osaka. Hiroshima 2.5hr train from osaka (but we might stay in hiroshima for a night or 2) Fuji is 2hr train from tokyo if we make it a day trip.
