Central ducted here too. Takes around 15 minutes for mine to warm up. Takes 20 for the whole house. And the fan is never at full speed because apparently its "too noisy" Sigh...

Hmm. Last year the bill was around $1200 for electricity in july. Maybe we just left it on a lot. We usually have a lot of people over in winter. haha.

Thermostat is now back at 21. Heater probably wont even turn on for another 2 hours. LOL.

I put the thermostat to 24. Now all of the house is soooo warm. Turned on the floor heater for around 30 mins. I'm guessing that alone (the 30 mins) is gonna cost my parents $50. LOL
