ofcourse you can use 2nd hand pistons, just make sure you get the correct piston ring sizes. otherwise, its fine.

thought the engines are the same, just the sump is modded for the front diff, just like the rb26, you just replace the sump and its just a normal engine, i didnt know there was a awd block, just thought there was a awd sump

since you just want the exhaust, not dump, since yours is twin turbo, you can take the whole thing for 200. its standard exhaust but the end pot is a hks pot, same one that is on the hks high flow they sell at just jap, not the silent. but if you want it, let me know

NSW, Canterbury Rd, Canterbury, coming from Campsie towards Canterbury, in the left hand lane past a car wash and petrol station, a bit further down there is a really really steep ditch in the ground, no warnings nothing, just where the road collapsed, nearly took my front bumper off, been like that for over 2 years now. NSW, Cronulla, Cronulla St/ Nicholson Pde going towards cronulla station, random bump on the road, where if you have coilovers or hardened springs/ shocks, your car will jump or fly. and if lowered, will hit ground. "DANGEROUS" NSW, Lewisham, Old Canterbury Rd/Longport Rd, when going towards parramatta rd, right at the traffic lights of those 2 streets, a HUUUGE bulge in the road, i hit it with 50 while the speed limit was 60, on stock stagea suspension and all my indicator sticks on the side of my steering wheel got knocked down. BEWARE OF THAT BULGE!!!!!!!!! none of these places have any warning signs etc you have to find out the hard way. so beware!

aaaaaaah, wonderful game, used to play it religiously, but then, someone decided to release patch 1.30 and kicked all our hard modding out the window, so now i dont give them another cent until they give me my mods back. its an insane concept though, cant wait for the new add-on. coming out soon is the new claptrap DLC, if they allow mods again, i will give them some cents back. finished playing the game on lv 70 on all characters, got to lvl 60 and after that i just modded a bit to go to lvl70. only time i ever play is when i play on patch 1.2, and a word of advice, if you ever want to play it online, play on "Game ranger", its better than the built in multiplayer. if anyone wants ne crazy guns, just let me know if your on patch 1.2

hey all, i got some Enkei RS-Evolution rims, 3 piece front are 17x8 and rears are 17x9, im wanting to change my outside barrels on the 17x8 to make them 17x11. im wanting to put the 17x9 on front and have 17X11 on rear. anyone know where to get the outside barrels from??? cheers Jean

best is when people follow the media, skylines are hoon cars, only p platers and dikheads drive skylines etc, makes me laugh, but i do have to agree, the majority of people around my area, brighton are dikheads. no matter what cars. but some things ive had said at my c34 stagea: -nice looking tarago, but i dont like vans, especially FWD ones -why do you drive a volvo for? -why put an exhaust on a volvo for? -why does your volvo sound like it has a turbo? and sometimes when i get a little tooo lead footed and ride sidewards spinning the rear wheels, people just look at me sidewards and go wtf????? and after that when i pull up at the servo they ask me how i can do burnouts in a FWD 4cyl VOLVO!!!!! sometimes i go to bed so sad knowing that there are people out there that think, every station wagon is either a volvo or a holden...... (99% all think its a f*kIN VULVA!!!!)

today, i redone my full exhaust, turbo-rear, 3"dump->200cell stainless cat->catback exhaust hks silent power. runs much nicer now, and alot better pull up high.

just did a exhaust swap, bought a new downpipe, catback and full hks silent exhaust. so up for sale is my stock exhaust, as much as i remember its a 2.5" exhaust, original cat,and aftermarket rear muffler. im in sydney. since its large, id prefer pickup, but if you want it shipped, i can do that. just going to be extra. will post pics up soon. $300 bucks all up, no rust and no broken bits. just the usual small scrapes.

ok, finally got it working, took the rear out and re-inserted and cleaned out the connectors, now it will jump a little bit on uphills, and it will reach about 20kg-m when i rev at about 4k-rpm and just release the clutch, but it does have a kind of lag effect, i finished accelerating and just let go, the needle still jumps a bit but then slows down. haha. but i guess being a rwd based system with a front added to it, i dont see much transfer going to the front to begin with. mine is a factory stock standard 2001 rs4 manual, so S or V, i forgot. gauges go from torque- volt- boost. is facotry boost only 7psi at max??? mine reaches that, but when it gets to it then just cuts out.

dammit, lol, i forgot to say ive done that already, all plugs are set etc. i checked them when i replaced my stereo. and at the same time my climate control lights stopped working, so 2 things in my car aint working, climate control lights and my gauge. anyone know where the sensor is??? or do the r33/4 have the same gauge? my guess it would be for rear tho.

well, went bush bashing with my car the other weekend, and just gravel road and wet stuff everywhere, i did a bit of powersliding and hard accelerating, but got nothing. just dead mind you it goes to 50kg/m that is close to 500nm from memory. thats alot of front tourque. but still, all in all, i got nothing.

as said, my front torque gauge is not working at all. anyone know why??? fuses? wires etc??? cheers Jean

hey all, looking to see if anyone has a front bumper fro a s2 stag around, i sick and tired of all this fibreglass crap on my car especially the front and sideskirts. if anyone has some good plastic aftermarket bumper or even sideskirts please let me know!!!! i went out to the bush last weekend and the car is not lowered but still only just clears 10-15cm on front and about 8cm on sideskirts. luckily no scrapes or broken parts on that weekend, but very close i can only imagine. im after a stock bumper that looks like this: preferably the white one. sideskirts, im not too fussy with since i dont know what all the different types are. as long as its plastic!!! fibreglass brakes and shatters, while plastic just bends. i will put up my front bumper and side skirts soon too. anyone got nething, just pm me cheers Jean

stupid idea, i remember back in germany, we had the wet-film speed cameras ages back. nobody ever had trouble with them because you could just use a tire iron to bust a hole through the front and screw up the film. now i guess they will do the same, as they said they will need to "extract" the images from the speed camera which means its not a "live and online" fixed camera. from waht i can tell, there will be a major waste in buying these cameras and then having to repair them from people smashing them up so the cops dont get the pictures.

today, i filled up full and did a 300km trip, on about 295km i filled up the rest of my tank and i managed to fill in 29.8l of fuel. so having a 60l fuel tank, i got about 10l/100km, not bad for manaul turbo neo s2. i did between 120-140 on most stretches and about 190ish twice on a long dead stretch of road in the middle of nowhere. pretty proud of my car atm.

i got manual rs4 s2, so NEO engine, and in city/ suburban driving i get about 420-460km, and highway driving, about 500km easily, but on highway im very leadfooted, the onramp onto highway full throttle and a bit here and there on the highway full throttle to clean out the exhaust and heat the oil a bit more. and im still used to my vw mk2 gti which i managed to get 800km on 50l tank of fuel for highway. but i doubt i bought the car to be a petrol saver

not to hijack this thread, but im looking for a clutch kit for my s2, and as our cars have r33 gtr running gear, just wanting to know if a r33 gtst push type clutch kit and flywheel will fit. or does it need to be a gtr kit?
