Hi well they played with crank angle senser add more timing stupid people I tried running stock boost but still same. Could it be the stock bov? Cheers

Hi i have a 1996 r33 series 2 Gts-t and i have had some problems with it after i had the following dump/front pipe and a tune done by a workshop. I took my car out and after hitting high revs then backing off the accelerator suddenly my cars idle droppes below 500 and fluctuated and the engine shakes and It seems that my car is using more fuel then it used to HELP!!!!. So i tried to see if i could fix the problem. .. I changed to a high flow fuel pump, changed the fuel filter,installed yellow jacket coils and plugs and air flow meter was changed and even the ecu was changed but still same problem.. after all this i took my car to a skyline mechanic and he still could not find the problem can someone please help me I've spend nearly thousands of dollars trying to sort this problem out but it seems its a mystery BTW the car runs Ok at low revs but once you hit high revs the car begins to play up. Mods FMIC Full Turbo Exhaust System High Flow Fuel Pump Standard Ecu Yellow Coil Pack Boost Controller (10psi) Cheers

BTW forgot to mention that the coil pack and spark plugs were also checked and changed. Do you think a standard bov will have something to do with it?

Hi im am having the same problem when i accelerate to red line then take my foot off the accelerator the car drops and the whole engine shakes. I have stock ecu,turbo,fmic,turbo exhaust. i took my car to be diagnosed today but couldn't find the problem. The fuel pump,air flow meter,cas, has been checked and still having same problem.......... I'm sick of wasting time and money can anyone help.

Okay so your saying 100octain is okay to use but if i used E85 ill need to get my car tuned?

Hi i spoke to head office of United and i asked if it was okay to use 100octain in my r33 gts-t and he advised me to contact Nissan and ask them..hmmm After speaking to Nissan they advised me that Nissan are against using fuel containing ethanol...and so ill be sticking with 98ron until i find out more.

Hi was in united petrol station and noticed 100octain containing 10% ethanol for 5c less then 98ron.. Is this okay to use in my r33 Gts-t ser2? Everyone has their own ideas on this so would like to know facts if anyone knows anything good or bad about 100octain containing 10% ethanol.

Hi just got 3" dump pipe 3"high flow cat and 3.5" pipe with a hks supper dragger muffler on the back. Now I'm after a 3" exhaust because mine is too loud and cbf dealing with the police. Anyways i have been quoted $660 for a 3" cat back exhaust. If anyone knows a good exhaust place with reasonable prices let me know cheers prefer S.E Suburbs but don't mind to travel to someone good. By The Way if anyone has any good secondhand cat back exhaust for r33 gtst let me know.

hi just want to know if a 3" jasma branded catback exhaust is worth 400 fitted. btw its in good condition. also what kind of steel are they made from and does the exhaust make me lose performace

i told the previous tyre place do balance and aligment but they done a sh*t job (never going there again). anyways i took it to a place in endever hills and the guy therel told me i needed a balance and done the whole 4 tyres for $40. so now my baby is running smoooth lol cheers to everyone for commenting

Hi everyone Merry Xmas Happy New Year , just had my r33 Gts-t Wheel Alignment done but they did a shocking job. My car shakes more then before and im not going to deal with those guys anymore. If anyone knows a good place to get Wheel Alignment let me know cheers . Hard to find someone good these days. Btw located S.E Suburbs cheers
