not much oil will come out when filter is removed ..few drops only ,fuel filter should have been changed at compliance..not that long ago i presume .fuel filter supposed to be good for 40,000klm so i don`t know if really needs changing. auto trans is best serviced by the auto trans guy .. drains oil ,removes pan..cleans or replaces internal filter and he knows how much oil to put back in and as far as the diffs .you need a pump to get oil back in ..the auto trans guy should have one

they are a single use sticker that cannot be removed in one piece ..they are a huge improvement on metal plates that can be removed and tranfered to another...not so STUPID really ..try and remove the sticker and see what happens...you will need statuatory declaration from from local dot,compliancer,and yourself + $80 to reapply for the plate you will destroy...have fun
