only problem i see with vented bonntes is that they allow water into the engine bay. I will have my coil packs cover taken off in my R33, so wouldn't the water damage all that and the electrics?

I was a bit sceptical when ordering my first time through nengun. Ordered just under $3000 worth of stuff (HKS GT-RS turbo). i got it about 3-4 days late because customs held it up which cost me a measly $60 more, and during that whole time Brent replied to my e-mails etc... With the line of work he is in i would assume he is busy and has hundreds of messages sent to him per week. Patience is essential when dealing with overseas transactions, if you dont like it pay the extra 30% or whatever it is at stores.

car is almost done and am looking at around 250rwkw. Later on cams are to come with a few extra bits and hoping for around 280rwkw or so. I will be getting a lightened flywheel (i think 6.5kg) and a new clutch. i dont want to spend heaps on a twin plate if i dont have to and i want a clutch i can launch with without fail! - What cutches will handle this power with no problems? i was told ceramic 5 puck but if abused will it die?

Robo's i have had a missfire for ages. Mine went crazy at 4500rpm also. changed coils and there is no prob now. Try find someone with spitfire coils or the like and do a quick swap, i bet it is them!

CroatianDlite i have the same deal, the brass piece that the fuel caps screws into is loose! I hear that they are only there for compliance and are not needed in japan? I was thinking of using glue to seal it but not sure f its a good idea... Anyone?

Nah 2835 is more top end power, and GTRS is more responsive.

Bolts up easy to stock manifold and dump (i will find out for myself next few days). I think the gt-rs will be too small a turbo for an rb30, better off going a 2835. My oppinion...

SK when i work on my car i cant stand moving all of the cooler piping just to get to the engine! It adds like an hour to the total job. Just eyesore and a hassle.

Trust33 ps means "power stroke" its approximately 400hp rated (thats what i have been told). The turbo come with all accessories you need to fit it to your gtst, gaskets, lines, elbow etc... I have the turbo and have standard bottom end, and so does my mate. He runs 1.3 bar all day every day, i will run around 1 bar (just to keep things safe). At 1 bar i am expecing around 240 rwkw. I think this turbo can run up to 300rwkw but u will need forged internals and a lot of boost, cams etc... Trust33 why rebuild the engine if you dont need to, just wait till it dies.

I would go to court if i were you and just appeal the fines, you will have a very good shot at it cause of your clean driving record and your age. I got off a unlicenced driving charge even tho i have a shitty record. its only like $60 or something for court fees, so its worth a try...

Im thinking of changing my engine oil to something fully-synthetic for my car... I currently use genuine nissan oil as motor is relatively standard but will be changing now as the mods are fitted. What is the best oil to use for this car, price is not important. The grade of the nissan oil i currently use is 7.5 W-30 (not sure what it really means)... Cheers!
