Just got out of my court hearing and i got out of the fine but..... I am on a god behaviour bond for 6 months and will still lose my licence in about 2 weeks due to lack of points. And the penalty usually associated with this is either 12, 18, or 36 month suspension depending on your case (i dont advise doing it!!!)

What can i say.......... I was scared:( Nah there were just 2 many of you and i didnt want to look like a gimp looking for you guys... anyway i dont even know what you guys look like. Next time i will prob beep you one if i am in my skyline.

I know what you mean!!!! seems like cops are only going for easy targets and all the real problems pass by. Well its court tomorrow and i have come up with a good set of mitigation (sob story) and just hope it works.

Geprge i did a quick drive by and saw GTR-8OY and hype but didnt see u?? were u in ur car or with mates? there were heaps of cars down there so it was hard to pick out anyone as ppl were double parked etc... George is ur fix/respray done yet?

i think the 1st GT-R looks the best!!! Brendanf CF bonnets look good on any colour really just depends on how u want to make the car look. I will hopefully be looking for a frontbar in the near future but i where do u get good quality ones from that dont chip and wobble around as u drive? how much they cost?

Hey im Boro, and im also studying real estate at randwick tafe... I live around the eastern suburbs and do heaps of cruising. I enjoy surfing, cars, and getting pissed on the weekend with mates. I drive a black r33 gtst. the forums are great but people should organise more cruises, cause it seems like nothing is happening...

Goran i hope soo too! i just found out after a session at Waverley court that for a first offence for driving without a licence is minumum penalty 1 year suspension, the goes to 18 months and then 2 years...

I have seen the car around oxford st (near rogues) a bit... Its a nice looking car and the plate is mad!

Yeah it really does depend on the judge and the mood he is in. I will post up here on tuesday with the court story! I am on my way now to give them my plea bargain.

Nissaner, 16000 now thats an effort! i thought mine was bad (10,000 from just cars) Don91e mate u have one lucky bro!!! Maybe the judge was in a real good mode or something cause that is rare! I hope i dont lose my licence for any longer, just fines!

Anyone know what the penalty is for being caught with no licence? i was caught about a month ago and am facing court next week on tuesday, i dont care about the $$$ i just really want to know if they will suspend me for longer, (i have already lost it for 3 months). So is it just a fine or do they take your licence for a year or so? George the reason i drive is for work purposes and when it is urgent to get around i dont go cruising anymore or nothing... I feel like shit i am getting my skyline back after 4 months in the workshop, i have payed all my outstanding fines and now i will lose my licence and recieve more major fines! it feels like i will never be able to drive my skyline again. :)

i usually flash my lights or give a bit of a wave, nothing too overboard. it also depends on who is driving the the other car...

Yeah Goran this last 4 months i have had the worst luck in my life! Boxhead i was not in trouble of being defected cause i was in my mums commodore... I personally would not say that to the cops cause it will just piss them off, i think.
