Hey, looking at buying a car that has an ​engineers certificate, but it has the other guys name on it so my question is will i have any problems when going to vicroads to tranfer the car into my name? would they issue me a new one or is that one okay to have? thanks!

Hey guys so if been searching or days and there no real answer I can find I'm after a pair of rear rotors for my na r34 they are 266mm. I've been running a few shops an been offered 266 x 16(5 stud) but other have said that they are 266 x 8 but that only comes in a 4 stud so I'm curious would the 16mm work? If anyone has any info on this please advise! Or would be upgrading the rear brakes to twin piston(r34 gtt cailpers) be easier? Thanks
