makes sense. z31 discs are the same as dr30's?

im not sure. the cylinder seems to be holding up ok so far. what are the advantages of changing it?

r31 gts front shocks etc with discs and calipers rear is dr shafts (i think) but an r200 open wheeler which has stood the test of time for at least a year of second gearies

nah got me a dr30 rear end. disc, calipers, shafts, everything except diff

meh. i like it. has irs. has rb20det. has new paint. has new(ish) interior. is an r30..... im happy and where do you get a screamer dump pipe for an rb20 at a reasonable price?

sweet. im loking at some 16 x 8 now for the rear. doesnt list the offset but i found a handy chart (http://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html) and with some estimating looks as though the offset will be fine on those too. got the car painted today! r33 silver. looks pretty damn classy. nothing too overstated but good enough to bring the shape alive. will post some pics once the bumpers, mouldings, windows etc are back in (tomorrow night). oh yeah, whats the address for jenesis?

looking for a brace to suit n r30. the one hole that would normally be on the same side as the engine on a r32, 33 etc needs to be on the opposite side. know what i mean??

any idea of a cost to get em to adelaide? and is the pic of them or just an r32 picture? if not, what color and pattern are they?

that grey one looks pretty crazy. its even got the aussie style front looking wild. anyone know where to get 30 set rails from?

sorry to hijake the thread a bit but... would a 39-40 offset be acceptable on a 30? rim size is 16" and do 30's have a 4/114.3 stud pattern?? and anyone got any idea of a price of sending mags from melbourne to adelaide or a website with pricing info?

hey, im looking to go a microtech system in the next couple of months but have decided against going with my usual shop, seeing as they were quite happy for me to spend up big there but now wont return my calls... so any have some suggestions for quality work at a good price?

i got told 450 for a 1500kg clutch. not sure of the puks, centre etc.. from jap tech or something. the guys thats used to be Import Dismantlers

i got burnt pretty bad on a stock ECU retune by the only place in SA that retunes stock ECU's. paid 600 for it, now the car runs lean on hot days, uses more fuel, has no mid range punch anymore and has less power up top. pretty pissed off and they dont believe me when i tell em its rooted. so i got no where and have a car that slow and expensive to run.

ghostrider: im assuming that z31 rear dics would be the import old rb20 z31 or the aussie one, or are they the same size? nah i got the dr30 rear end on mine at the moment and my dics are undersized from ever use. as far as regency goes, aparently all you need is the same dics size as a car that had an rb20det. in my case i used r31gts fronts and dr30's rear and other cars have been passed without any engineering certificate or anything.

im looking for just the discs as mine are undersized...

thought i'd mention i picked up a vg30 for $350. bargain? and does anyone have dr30 rear discs or know of something similar that will fit?

i used the auto tailshaft and apparently that works fine. where did you get the wiring done in the end?

how much you paying for the diff? and are there more?
