  1. May be ECM was reprogrammed for a turbo model/stagea and then was swapped and installed in your car temporarily... To see both ECMs (gear box and car) which are located under glove box on the passenger side you'll need to pop up rubber sealant from the bottom of the door frame where is @Skyline@ written, couple screws off under a glove box itself, then finally take the black plastic cover off where you should see ECMs and their part number or amended wiring
  2. to bum it just in case if anyone needs like a brand new right headlight from V35 2001 excellent condition http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/woodcroft/auto-body-parts/nissan-jdm-skyline-v35-4dr-right-hid-headlight-for-sale/1085528972
  3. G'day mates I need your expertise ) After I replaced a battery in my 15 years old key fob it has stopped working. There is no chip, no immobiliser and no alarm system. I can start my car with that key and even with second straight cut key. Also I can open door via the door lock BUT I can not reprogramm it myself pulling it 6 times into ignition etc (tried all combinations you can imagine) and get it work again as well as be able to open doors remotely. New battery, voltаge is fine 2.9V and I have not dropped key fob or something. I bought another 100% workable key fob which didnt work too. Went to local Nissan dealer and even they could not reprogramm both of them using Consult II so my guess is BCM is malfunctioned? Question is if I buy a second hand BCM from the same model V35 2001 4 doors would it work straight away? I mean would I need to pair new BCM with ECM or something? Cheers guys for any inputs, frustrated *** may be someone is selling BCM module here I can buy?
  4. Sorry for bringing it up but that problem usually occurs after sweeping, vacum cleaning under front seats either driver or passenger or just moving seats back and forward. Well known issue that causes one or few yellow SRS connectors under front seats. You must disconnect the battery before you try to do anything with any parts of SRS system. Check all yellow connectors under both seats, unplug them, clean them up, make sure proper contacts achieved in between every connector male/female and that is it, you'll never see that problem again. Sorry once again if it was sorted already. * reason is the age of our cars and special material japs used to plated those contacts in yellow connectors.

  6. The car has travelled genuine 92,212 kms below my original registration document - Export Certificate and the translation - In Japan, cars have to be registered every two years. Part of the inspection is an odometer check and the odometer reading is recorded together with the owner details. This watermarked document states the odometer reading of your vehicle at the time of the last two registrations before the export date.

  12. With the pipe attached you will have to take off egr every time in order to open plenum intake. My setup allows me to open intake as quick as posible
  13. 1. 10 ohm resistor bridged temp plug of EGR cause ECU wont open valve and no errors 2. between the EGR and plenum blank it off with a plate 3. you can also cut the pipe that comes down to exhaust manifold and bend the bottom end down ( you can unscrew the pipe =EGR > exhaust= cos it has a thread on the bottom) in order to block any fumes coming up from the engine. 4. take off two rubber pipes that warm up EGR valve with coolant and attach together by any cooper pipe Hope it will help
