how do i check if there working?

Hey guys, my car hasnt been running that well, its been loosing power, sort of like its missing sometimes it stalls and i wait 2 mins and then runs perfect, i thought it was bad fuel. So this morning i went to start it and it just wont turn over. Starter motor and battery is fine, but when i turn the ignition on i cant hear my fuel pump working. So i checked if there was any power going to the pump, and there wasnt. So im not sure what it could be? checked the fuses there fine. if anyone knows the prob let me know asap thanks.

Hey guys im selling my 17 inch Wheels, they came with my R32 GTS-T skyline when i bought it. All i know is there 17 inch and they look like BBS RG II wheels. They are made in germany though. Condition of wheels is OK Needs a little clean few scratches not too many.I recently bought 2 new brand new tyres. Ingens A1's 215/55ZR17 they have 95% tread on them, And the other two wheels are Maxxis 215/55ZR17 85% tread. Not sure how much there worth but i paid 350 just for Ingens tyres. So offer me. Hey guys, i needed some small parts so i can get my engineers certificate. R32 air box- box only R32 Drivers seatbelt Also does anyboy know where i could get a tyre placard sticker, emission label sticker and a unleaded sticker? i was hoping someone is wrecking there r32 and i could just peel them off Please get back to me its urgent thanks guys.
