Don't mean to drain it for you, but i've got a question i want to ask about my car and situation and who better answer my question, then other people like me. Well i recently turned 21 and i own a r33 GTR my favorite car to date and bla bla, however i don't get my license till may next year (lost them due to points long story). This is my problem, my old man wants me to sell due to it just sitting there and the fact that I'm getting engaged in about 2-3 months hence i could use the money for my future ect if i do sell the car, but i recently got a full time job so.. what do i do? I really want to keep it and spend some money on it and get it to hit 11's but just not to sure. Do i sell use the money, and wait till may get something else or? Any opinions or words of wisdom would be appreciated! Thanks alot for taking your time to read this shit. Cheers

Reading this thead, actually makes me miss the old days, where we can go anywhere and everywhere without the police picking on us. Driving our cars, carwash, go past Maccas, head down to the city beach whatever ect Sadly, im one the last of the boys, who still loves his cars, others just cant deal with cost and headaches ect associated.

Following up on what i said, has anyone here, been suspended in a state and drove whilst using another state drivers license? i.e. suspended in vic, drove on nsw license?

Depends on your luck really, they might look at your license and say have a good evening, however if for whatever reason they type in your name into the VIC database and see your suspended, hello courtcase. I mean im just quoting vicroads here, hopefully im wrong?

I enquired about this, last week. Even if you have a NSW licence which is valid, you are still suspended from driving on VIC ROADS.

Its easy to say "If you need to drive to earn money. Think very hard before you choose to lose it", but obviosly we know we f**ked up. We live and learn, and now we are just trying to make a lives a little easier, by enquiring. Nothing wrong with that i rekons
