get a ss3 or taos t67 makes more power and is more responsive and has a local warranty so you wont be stung the stupid postage fees not to mention the possible turn down if u send it to kando for a rebuild

All the t67s purchased apparently had 360 thrust bearings

simon is the reason i started recommending t67s to people, Its safe to say qualiyu control has gone down. its funny they tried telling me all there t67s have Mitsubishi internals lol

not yet but i will be taking another t67 i got today to him to suss it out and pro get it rebuilt using his core

Heard of 2 people today having exactly the same problems with a td06. Seems like the first few batches at at the start where made perfectly then once his name got bigger the quality control has gone down hill. Happens a lot with a lot of big brand stuff

No they aren't repairing them they are saying that to much boost has been run. Dyno sheets where sent to prove boost max was 20psi they are wanting a extra $350 per turbo if we want them back

Warranty is the biggest issue here having to pay $160 for postage and then another $160 if u don't want your turbo to be abandoned in case the workshop in Taiwan is closed then the most likely chance of paying a further $350 when they decide not to warrant the warranty. I think taos ss3 makes more power and response then these anyway and is in Australia. Well around around the corner for me, which makes everything everything that much easier and safer just a word of warning for anyone wanting to get one

I should of said 3 different cars 3 different people and 3 different workshops all where on e85 Its suspected that 360 thrust bearings were never used not sure why tho

Never using another kinugawa again had 3 t67s all ex gate 10cm rear on 3 different r33s fail within 2 months (suspect was didn't have 360 thrust bearings) after sending then back under warranty costing $164 each one they are warranting them even tho they are 2 months old and are wanted 350 per turbo to have them rebuilt. What a crock. This is why I should of suggested these turbos over hypergears you cannot compare compare the level of customer service and satisfaction you get from Tao not to mention the countless dollars out of pocket
