I had similar problem in my skyline and I got it done from one of the panel beaters I know. he put silicon sorta thing arond the glass and here and there. but it fixed the problem

thanks Dev I just found out one thing yesterday when my car warms up it blow smoke greyish/blue after accelerating that doesn't sound right at all. rings or turbo?

yes it can be and I am thinking the connections can be incorrect. have you connected the AMP ? did you get the Positive from terminal or from some wire ?

I was thinking about the O2 sensor , Last time that bugger charged me 180 bucks for that , where Can I get it cheap any idea?

Thanks man I am not sure what did he do to it. It was okay in summer and since the winter started its having hard time starting in the morning. ECU I checked its a nissan standard one I think its re-mapped. I live in Melbourne and car came from Sydney ( my mate bought it ) Also fuel economy on this one is sh*T whole tank would do about 280-300 max .

I don't really know I think it was due to injectors fueling more , needs to be tuned is it? well it was changed in Aug 2011 by previous owner. rust because there was water on the block ( the guy didnt use this car for a long time and then finally sold it) does anyone know how to fix the injectors ? its running rich atm

okay replaced the spark plugs with Bosch Platinum plus bs and its working fine now!! Thank GOD!

Alright I've put the AFM back after cleaning it with the carb cleaner and let it dry for a bit. no luck All I can smell from exhaust is PETROL Could it be the distrubutor ?

Alright guys I have a major eff up problem here This morning I turned the ignition on .. after 3-4 seconds the car didn't start but did a boom from the exhaust and didn't start after that after several tries. I don't really know what has happened. Car had very less fuel , just over E ( may be 3-4 litres) . Car has Walbro fuel pump ( thats what previous owner said) What I;ve done so far - Filled more petrol ( another 5 Litres using a jerry can) - Changed the fuel filter - Tried jump start Sevral tries but no luck. Car behaves so rude! After a long self car starts for a fraction of second and dies. - Cleaned AFM ( haven't put it yet) Do I have to bleed ? my mate said it could be air. becuase I had less fuel and the car has air in the fuel line or something ? any idea ? What my car has? - Front Mount intercooler - Blow off valve - Pod filter intake - Spitfire coilpacks - NGK spark plugs - Cusco Catch Can - Custom made throttle body - Boost controller (manual) - 3" kakimoto Exhaust (jasma) - Tuned Ecu 14psi boost and car's having a 330hp on wheels (tuned in sydney) any help guys ? thanks in advance Engine:

It was that crappy Nulon Fuel injector cleaner I used it 2 weeks ago and since then I had that problem Yesterday I even cleaned intake of my car and then went for a drive , filled 20 litres of vortex ( last time I used bp ultimate) and this morning car started normally! I had imported a stock R33 s2 last year and sold it,on that car I used Penrite 10w50 used it for a year.car was running perfect ( car had done 66000kms)

I guess that could have been the problem Okay let me explain 2 weeks ago I added Nulon Fuel Injector cleaner , Drove car back and then parked ( sunday) Monday morning 7.20 am I started the car 1 failed attempt 2nd attempt it took about 5 second of starter motor's effort to give me a hope that this thing is going to turn on 3rd attemp was successful So now after I wrote the reply went to Caltex and got about 20 litres of Vortex ( last time i used BP ultimate) Car was warm and it started smoothly so it can be a fuel issue too I suppose I've got it service like a 1000kms ago and had changed oil filter , fuel filter , pod filter , engine oil (10w50) and other necessary things. I shall see tomorow morning if it work properly thanks again for the help mate. appreciate it am in melbourne and you seem to be pretty far

Thanks for the reply its just the ignition Issue Nah it doesnt get started by applying throttle its just long long startup!! Its tuned @14 psi , it was perfectly fine till last week! , I don't know whats wrong I just cleaned intake and sensor thought it could be that. Should I try replacing a fuel pump ? BTW it has Cusco Fuel Catch can too (this thing is too complicated compared to one nice stock skyline I imported last year)

Hellow everyone, I hope am posting in the right section of the forum. I have R33 Series II GTST that has a Front Mount intercooler , Boost controller , Pod filter intake , Bov, Haltech Pro Plus ECU, 3" exhaust , upgraded turbo etc etc. Now am having trouble with the car during startup. The car takes about 5-10 seconds of ignition. I have already cleaned intake and throttle body and AAC valve as well. My R33 has very different throttle body and half of the wires / plugs are not connected. AAC valve is also different on this car and the wires having no plugs attached to it. Please see this pictures attached. Any help will be highly appreciated thanks

I got the same problem mate! I cant get thing to work. I did as per the instruction and my engine doesn't turn off. the count down goes to 0 and then engine starts again . I think its the relay thing thats creating a problem..( I got 2 brand new Apexi turbo timers .. both does the same thing.) any help with it?
