I heard that go to big single on 26 is big money Guilt Toy thanks man (if i gather some ppl with money we try to bring u to mother Russia)) Unfortunately rb20 is history - it in the bad condition and needs forged pistons, rods etc.. I think Is inexpedient to potter further with rb20det so I can not still be defined with a choice. So what do we have: I already have pump, z32 MAF, safc, boost controller, gauges oil,water,lambda,egr, FMIC, so rb26 - need low milage (best r34 redtop) - 5000$ 1. castrate it to RWD - does pallet from my rb20det suits rb26? 2. i need second z32 maf (koz i dont want to buy 2 stock rb26 MAFs - i already have one z32 mAF and safc) 200$ 3. clutch from my rb20det(?) or new ceramic - 400$ 4. boost 14 psi what we got then for 5600$? 320 - 330 hp? or rb25det neo 40-50k- 2000$ 1. No need to costrate 2. z32 MAF, safc, boost controller, gauges, FMIC - bolt on 3. new turbo - 1000$ 4. ECU + tune - 1000$ 5. injectors - 400$ and here we got 4400$ - 350hp currect me guyz What way is easer?
  3. guys, what about comparison NEO to not NEO engenes - NEO is better to my aim? or its doesnt really matter? I also would to say that in Russia all advise to swap rb26, 25det neo swap very few people and absolutely there is no experience on them. And so u say that rb20det transmission doesnt handle 350hp? Even while 1 season?
  4. I have FMIC, Z32 maf, safc and i probably need also bigger injectors and nistune or powerFC..

Greetings guys, I from Russia here am difficult enough to receive a trustworthy information on motors, therefore I wish to address to recognised gurus)) I have s13 silvia with 300hp rb20det on board, but for normal 3rd gear its not enough also reliability leaves much to be desired, so I have made the decision to swap another engene - and now before me it is necessary to take a choice rather fresh rb25det neo or to play russian roulette with r32 rb26dett. That you will advise if the purpose nearby 350ps on stock bottom with a minimum of alterations and investment))) but with the maximum reliability. transmission I will leave with rb20det, hope it handle 350 horses. Ill be happy with any advisez about comparing this 2 motors to my requirementz PLEASE give to my advice also concerning the turbine - that will meet my requirements better? 2535? GTRS? or ... SPASIBO!
