1999 R34Gtr V-Spec $35000
mungy replied to T400 Skyline's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
mate that was a horrible reaction to my questions, firstly if one person asks that means more people will want to know so answering IN the thead saves TIME, AND allows others to give their experiences, secondly when there is little info and no willingness to answer questions raises alarm bells for buyers so if your serious about selling stop wining and answer the questions for everybody to know or is there something your trying to hide about the car? "Edit" Oh and btw, yes i was serious about the car, GTR R34 is my dream car and at 40-45k to get it on the road seemed like a great deal untill you decided questions about your car were off limits, thanks but i think i have decided NO -

how bout a 32? almost track ready just needds a tune and alignment http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/389430-1993-r32-turzboz/ -
sorry mate but under 10k for what your looking for aint gonna happen, all the clean ones sell for between 12-15k, or u could wait a couple years when the prices get lower than 10 you could buy one with abit of work needed ( like 99% of skylines out there ) and tidy it up but the last neat, clean series 2 with good km's sold for 16k from memory your budget puts you more in the dirty needs work R33 or clean R32 kinda range

R34 Pimped Out 4 Door
mungy replied to team carefactor's topic in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)
well an asking price would be a good start -
see i knew i would forget too much shit, has bosch 040 pump aswell new wiring for the fuel pump cause standard wiring is crap anyway. rewired in the engine bay aswell Edit omg... and also has a ceffy AFM, because ceffy's use the same plug as Z32 all u gotta do is chuck a Z32, larger injectors, get it tunes and it will make 230 - 250 at the rear with no issues
-
You mean R32 4 door right?
-
and aloso has a cheetah alarm system found a turbosmart fuelcut defender to go with it also.

Forgot to mention KM's on engine are unknown, the previous owner was a tosser and didnt like being asked questions about the car post sale. as for the chassi, odo says 133,000 but i wouldnt bet my life on it

Hi mangs, just really an EOI atm as i really dont want to sell my car I bought it a while back, looked like absolute crap, didnt drive, shit missing everywhere. over the uncountable hours ive spent on the car and the thousands of dollars that have been dumped into it, shes not too bad now! OK so its a 1993 R32 and mods are as follows body wise it has skirts and rear pods, standard front bar, but it needs to be changed as the intercooler is too big and the front bar ist fitting up well. Enkie circular rims with decent tread on the tyres D1 wheel nuts SUSPENSION Tanabe sustec pro coilovers whiteline swaybars front and rear cusco adjustible arms and gear all round RUNNING GEAR RB20 ( slightly modified ) Extreme drift puk clutch RB25 gearbox custom tailshaft 2 way diff kaaz from memory ENGINE standard internals RB20 out of a ceffy, old owner put it in there, used to have RB25 in it RB25 turbo ( not OP6) AU Falcon coilpack setup with standard leads KLS power spirit 600*300*100 JJR intercooler piping with turbosmart silicone hoses ( dam expensive hoses i must say ) all new HKS BIG mushroom pod, not the small one with a brand new filter element HKS super sequential blow off ( not on car yet but will come with it ) HKS turbo timer some kind of jap brand oil catch can stainless 3 in dump to Kakimoto exhaust system ( these bastards are 1200 new ) retuned ECU ( forgot what kind ) car comes with an array of spare parts that i just havnt had time to install, brand new wheel studs full service kit ready, including new oil, oil filter and spark plugs ( ii put the new coolant in when i put in the radiator ) and a whole box of other spares this car was in an absolutley disgracefull state when i got it, ive now spent god knows how many hours and thousands of dollars fixing and finding missing bits the car drives and drives amazingly now, this 32 sits on the road so nicley and can take corners like no other 32 ive driven ECU was tuned for a 300 RWKW RB20 so it runs too rich and to get the best power out of the car you will need to retune it ( forgot what ECU was in it ) but was done at horsepower in a box car also needs a wheel align, and a few interior trims to finish off so all thats left to be done is retune ECU setup suspension properly get some new interior bits a better clean and then some more TLC ive simply run out of money at this stage, our baby is costing alot more money than i thought im sure ive missed out an a massive list of other parts but if you come have a look ill remember as we go around the car lol. now PRICE, im NOT going any less than $9000, its a big enough loss as it is there im open to swaps aswell, just no cash your way a straight swap or a lower value car with cash my way if it wont sell for what im asking it will just go into storage and sit there till one day i have money so dont bother lowballing, aint gonna happen after the money and time that has gone into it ill get pics up in a few hours from now

that makes no sense bro, u were talking about moving away from crappy journal bearing turbo's and installing a ball bearing one, and now u purchasing a journal bearing turbo again!

" you would be like HELLZ YEA, would u? "edit" and u cant upload pics if they too big, u need to resize them before u upload. or just use photobucket or similar, super simple, even scuba steve could do it

DISASTER STRIKES!!!!!!! got the car running today, turns out the standard blow off was leaking horribly causing all sorts of issues. sorted the blow off, but for some strange reason the car still missed at lower RPM, soon as the RPM picked up ran like a dream reving and listening and checking and thinking......wtf could the problem be?????? had quater tank of fuel....checked the fuel....still has a quater......walked to the engine bay again, the disaster....... my brother looks into the cabin and says." OH so your fuel guage doesnt actually work" I said " what? yes it does i just looked at it it was at a quater! " look into the cabin myself and see the fuel guage is at 0, wtf? how did we use all that fuel? shit i thought this thing must run super f**king ultra rich turn the car off......wtf it ran on !!!!! like fuel was still being pumed in! WTF? cranked the car over to start it again....car wont start "OMFG I JUST HAD IT RUNNING" i thought then...out of the cabin......smoke....... dam thats alot of exhaust smoke my brother says, i smell it and, OH SHIT that not exhaust! POP THE BOOT i shout, up comes the boot and what looks like a mushroom cloud floats up, notice the fuel pump cover is hot enough to fry some eggs I quickly disconnect the battery, and look at the loom, all burnt and melted together......... notice theres some dodged up wiring, looks like one black wire twisted onto 3 others with blue tape around it, one of which goes to the fuel pump, all chared and melted Ill get some pics up soon as i get a chance to show you. just to make sure im gonna rip out all the interior and remove all worthless dodgy wiring from the car BEFORE i start the engine again lol. I hope to god the short didnt kill my ECU or any other important bits.
