pheww.... finally finished reading all 140-something pages. Im considering this convertion and there's a few questions that Im not clear about. Im going to use R33 Series II head and parts, do the series II oil pump bolt on to the RB30 block or does it need the adapter? Im going to use R33 4-speed Auto, will it bolt unto the RB30 with no problems? If I wanted to be absolute cheap ass and just bolt the head unto the block with minimal work, what is the absolute least thing I should replace? Head gasket? I'll probably go the forged pistons route probably Wiesco/Arias can anyone recommend me a shop that can supply these at a decent price?

Are the Koni shocks for EG civic from a Hatch or Sedan SI? Did you buy them new or 2nd hand? How many KM since you've bought the shocks and springs?

Sorry about digging up an old thread here but Im facing the same dilemma with my car albeit R33 GTS-t Ive got all the supporting mods and headwork but the bottom block needs rebuilding. Leakdown test showed 85% on Cylinder no 1 strangely enough. Just wondering what you think my options are and what the cost involved are. 1. Sell my car the way it is (with about 10k worth of mods in it) 2. Drop in another motor and sell the car 3. Rebuild the motor 4. Find a rebuilt motor? I was only after a bit over 250rwKw if I do go down the rebuild path.

What cams and injectors does the head have? And, what kind of conrods is it? just crack tested standard RB25? and Rod bolts? How old is the engine? more info and pics pls to [email protected]

Yea they have the terminals for odyssey and optima, but they dont want to sell seperately... it comes as a package with the battery. on another note, these diamec are awesome, cold starts even with a wolf is so easy now ahha

I cant find a set of terminals either, checked battery world, coventry, repco, supercheap... none of them have it for sale seperately. Right now its installed in a rather dody maner (Nut, Bolt, Washers) if you get what I mean. Any ideas where I could get some?

Would you consider selling the hand controller seperately?

Was wondering if anyone has tried these new tyres from Hankook They are suppose to sit on top of the K104 as premium sports tyre But Im confused why their sizes are so limited and the tread pattern doesnt seem as agressive as K104 Any idea on pricing and performance? How do they compare to K104?

So HKS2535 is most efficient around 16-17Psi? Will an internally stock RB25 be able to handle this ok? Provided the tuning is good

Ive had the Apexi one installed to help with Grounding and Idle issues in my car, they definitely help with the idle at the very least. Im not sure about all the other claims of more torque and better fuel economy. Seems like every mod in eBay says it improves fuel economy. Is there specific point in the engine bay these wires are meant to go to? Or is it just pick a metal spot on the engine and it'll be allright?

How did you do Abo Bob? did you send your gearbox to MV automatics? or did you get them to send you the parts and you found someone in NSW to install them for you? How does the new stall converter feel around town?

The 711 are really shit! They have absolutely no grip in the wet and only average grip on dry road. The 712 I was told are way better, and cheap as well, was quoted $250 for 255/40/17

I also have a similar setup, any idea what sort of boost the 2535 is most efficient at? is it 1Bar/14.5 PSI or even more?
