I hard wired the pump on Sunday and has fixed the problem........for the $50 worth of parts and 1h of my time well worth doing ...... Only thing when doing the mod was making sure you cut the right wires and put the right wire in the right spot on the Relay other than that pretty easy to do....... Just keep a couple of spare Fuses in the car and your all good... In case anyone else is interested in doing this mod the 2 wires leading to the fuel pump were Black /yellow + and purple -....there were 5 wires going to the top of the fuel tank the 2 pin plug is the one going to the fuel pump and those 2 wires were thicker than the rest so made sense..... thanks for your help people......

Yeah I'm to sure what's going on I might have to pull it back out and check all the hoses make sure there is no splits or anything but its almost like there isn't enough power voltage for the first surge of fuel then it catches up....

Hi Fellow Wagoners I just installed a new fuel pump a Walbro 255l and all went together fine except Now when i first take off or put my foot down in any gear it seems like the fuel pump is struggling for a second then off we go,,,,,,, i noticed after it was all done and installed that everyone is direct wiring them will this fix my problem......Or is this a different problem like the ecu cant work out whats going on with the new pump . I did try and search for this but came up with nothing other than you should directly wire the fuel pump to get the max out of your new pump... Any help would be much appreciated... Cheers

Yeah it's a rota wheel it's about 50mm long...... How much did it cost ruffly if it's 100-150 and If there is a chance that it could crack again it might be worth just getting a new rim from rota...... Thanks for the info too.....

So I couldn't work out why my tyre kept on going flat couldnt find a hole anywhere so I chucked it in the pool and found that the rim was cracked on the inside,,,,,, So dose anyone know where I can get it welded up if it's possible ,,,,,,,,,... I'm in Sydney..... Cheers

Well if they are going to work out about the same as the BC coilovers then I would be crazy not to go coilovers ....

So 99% of driving is day to day and I might throw in a track day every now and again , basically I can't afford coilovers right now so I was looking at other option and thought there are plenty of nice shocks out there and springs are pretty cheep too..... I wouldn't mind stiffening it up a little but yeah not that keen on bouncing around on the great Syd roads.... Anyone have ideas on price for shocks and what brands they used......

I have read through a lot of the suspension thread just so many pages..... What I would like to know is it worth spending the money on coilovers when I won't be changing the height and stuff once it's set up ......Or just going for I new set of springs and shocks... Is the price difference between the two much different,,,,,,what have others done...... I know that coilovers are about $1200 or so ,not sure on costs for springs and shocks... Any input would be appreciated ..........

Yeah i have one of the remote ones on my C34 s2 probably 1 of the best things ive done to the car so far ,,,So handy for Breathalyzer and HWY driving .... would recommend them to anyone with a wagon....
