what pin off the ecu did u run it off? what colour and what colour stripe you may have fixed me problem pin 7 is the rpm signal yellow with blue stripe if iam correct

it would change the note substantially i wouldnt bother with a inner silencer just get a peice of sheet metal the the shape of the exhaust flange if your worries about cops and drill 4-5 holes about 1-2 mm big in it so then if you get hastled in goes the restrictor

dont think its a leak in my boost got a digital boost gauge and always keep an eye on it to see if im boosting properly... it may well be a exhaust manifold leak... of some sort

got a hks hi power on my series 2 r33 i reckon that would sound amazing on a 34 but pretty pricy and highly illegal db wise it stated in the manual (for use in japan only no other country) im assuming its because its the same exhaust they used on most the fast and the furious cars they are designed to spit flames that and the decibels pumped out

hey sau, today when i went for a drive i was hearing a weird wining noise as i sped up and took my foot of the throttle it was getting quieter and quieter when the car started to warm up more... checked my radiator fluid and checked my oils they all seem to be ok and the car is booked in for a major service either next week or the week after i seemed to think it was the turbo or something but i need a proper diagnostic please regards chris

had the same problem and you need a 12volt wave from ur ecu not a 5volt square wave as the series 2 r33 gts25t's have unfortunately you need to buy the autometer 9117 tacho booster which amplifys the current coming from ur ecu... i got told to try a pullup resistor but i havent gotten around to it yet

haha you guys make me laugh! maddowse, im with you on this one i just dont want the neons though because nobody hasnt got them ive gone for a different setup in my car with those black light neons they give a good effect not to fond of the coloured neons exceptions are coloured exterior neons but i dont hold it against anyone for modding there cars happy modding!

got digital rpm,boost and oil pressure make your way down to autobahn and buy the drift iridium series there fairly pricy when i got mine roughly 300 ea when i got mine comes in blue and red regards chris

well spoken! +10 i believe each do their own if people choose to put neons on their car thats their choice its not the other bunch of tossers who paid for the car so stay outta their buisness... i love my neons and ill keep them on until they blow then i replace them <3 loving the black light neons illuminating all white products under my dash

you got a accessories running from the back of ur ciggi lighter its a orange wire on the 33's not sure about ur 34, wire it to that so when you turn ur car on they come on make sure you dont cut the transformer off the neons as you will f**k them up... i got 2 black light neons running under my dash similar to the blue ones in the pic posted they illuminate white products and look unreal up for the neons chicks love them!

no worries should have a replacement by wednesday

all the wires were connected to my harness correctly just says "error" inserted my old oem unit and took the aftermarket one back i believe it is faulty

hey sau, purchased a alpine IVA-D106E dvd headunit connected it all up today after i connected my nissan harness to it, the radio works fine but has poor reception and drops out frequently when i insert a cd it comes up with a error msg, is there a fix for this problem or has anyone had it in the past or have i just got a faulty unit? tryed several cd's that work in my old oem headuit/cd stacker and same msg the error one regards chris

hey chris, no offence but i was kind of after a helpfull question.. i know what a wiring harness is just dont see the point of fitting one i was told that a wiring harness is for people who dont have a clue for corresponding wire colours running of the loom, iam pretty cluey when it comes to car electronics as i have fitted all my gauges/lights and fixed my system in the past aswell as custom designing mdf brackets to my new front speakers that "i installed myself" i dont know why i even posted that because still to this time nobody had answered my question about how to go with installing my deck and bypassing my cd stacker if its not useable as you say my thoughts currently are just to leave it out and install the deck just not sure what the headunit side of the plug/ colour of the wire will look like for the stacker
