  1. Something to keep in mind. Skyline Nationals Shepparton Vic. On the Saturday (27th) is the show and shine including 2x GrpA Gibson GT-R's and an HR31, and a GrpC Exa. On the Sunday (28th) there will be assorted Skylines doing the rounds of Winton raceway' Including some of the above, definitely the HR31. If you haven't heard one of the real deal HR31's before, it's a must. (they Hoooowl! ) Hooks

  5. The Supra's quick because John Smith is a really good driver, and he's been driving that car since he got it! Pity it lunched the gearbox at it's last outing though. Hooks
  6. One of my favs....
  7. Or was that Gary Scott. damn! I'll have to check up now. Hooks
  8. In that shot of the DR30, the guy behind the wheel is Tony Scott. He's the guy who put that very car on pole at Bathurst. What year was that? 1986? Hooks
  9. I vote for it being best failure I've seen in a while! Told you you'd get some good advice here Joey I thought maybe a 25/35 would give good spool up.... What do I know, I run a stocker....off another donk of course:D Hooks
  10. The only tv coverage we've had so far is the once a year Musclecar Masters highlights. Hooks
  11. Very first line ^ November 9/10/11. Hooks
  12. Actually, Terry already owned the Godzilla. And the bluebird, DR30, and Gazelle. My take on it is that Rod just keeps getting quicker, Chris is a damn good driver to boot, as witnessed by his win at E/C. And Terry don't like to lose. So its the old 'bring a gun to a knife fight' thing Hooks
  13. Chris will be racing the Sizzler car. then he'll give it to his brother to race (he's a good steerer also) And jump into the #2 car. Hooks
  14. Good and bad news. Bad- Terry has sold his HR31. Good- he sold it to Chris (Sizzler car) Bad- Chris may not be able to make it to Sandown Good- Terry will be coming to Sandown Bad- he won't be in the HR31 Good- he will be in the #1 Winfield GT-R Bad- he won't be racing it Good- Rod will be racing his HR31 Good- The GT-R will be on display. Hooks
  15. We're only too pleased for you to have a close look. Hooks
  16. Usually 2 practice sessions on the friday, qualifying and race 1 on Saturday, And race 2&3 on Sunday. As for actual times, who knows. Depends on whether we are the feature race or not. Either early morning (9am) and early arvo (12;30-1;30) Or late (10:30/11 and 3-4) Hooks
  17. 3 Gibson Motorsport HR31s will be racing at Sandown Raceway November 9/10/11. These cars are the real deal; Jim Richards 1990 ATCC winning car in full Nissan warpaint (chassis #5) Alf and Tim Grant's 'Sizzler' car (Chassis #3,Ex Mark Skaife) Chassis #1 in original Nissan colours (Ex George Fury, Glenn Seton, Mark Skaife) All 3 cars are as raced. If you haven't heard the howl of a full race RB20, now is the time to educate yourselves! And say hello to the charming and glamorous pit crew (1 of which is me) Hooks
  18. With a little luck there should be 3 ex Gibson Motorsport HR31's at Musclecar Masters. Friday 31st Aug Practice Saturday 1st Sept qualifying/racing Sunday 2nd racing With us on the day should be the GIO GT-R and the GrpC Nissan Exa of Christine Gibson All up the Grpa/GrpC field should be around 35 cars Maybe even a Bluebird might show up like last year. Oh, and Fred Gibson should be putting in an appearence, prolly Sunday. Hooks
  19. Already got 1990 ATCC Also got 1991, 1992, 1986, 1992 Bathurst, and 1989 Winton, full race. Hooks
  20. Lotus 1, I have a copy of the 1991 ATCC. about an hour and a bit long. Give us a call if you're interested. Hooks
  21. Terry, Rod and Chris are running 17"Speedlines at the moment. The Original Castalloy magnesium wheels are past their use by date. Still ok for wets though. I do like the 1990 colours but it won the ATCC in 1991 colours. I think 1991 colours look alright as long as you don't run the dark grey wheels like they did at the start of the year. Apparently that was Alan Heaphy's idea because he didn't like cleaning wheels....or so the story goes... IMHO 1991 livery, white wheels, and no restrictions. It was the year they beat up everything And Richo and Skaife actually caused quite a bit of panel damage racing each other! Hooks
  22. That last one's amazing! What the hell is that blasting up the hill? Hooks
  23. And of course the classis 'Climb Dance' Hooks
  24. Here's another one. Hooks
