Hmm I can only smell it when I get out of the car - I dont smell it with the air vents on. So I need to replace the gasket...eek how much will this set me back? Oil levels are fine - I changed the oil 2 weeks ago and it certainly wasn't low. A good 4-5 litre of old oil drained out. I replaced it with 5L of Mobil 1.

I noticed that after every drive I can smell burnt oil. I can't seem to find any leaks. When I had the car checked out a month ago by Stateroads they mentioned there was a slight leak/seepage "around the engine" and from the turbo. Is this why I'm getting the smell? What should I do...

Goddamn Scotty you are sooo tempting me. $600 + tuning = 50kw gain!!? Then again I gotta get my zorst done 1st. Is there any point doing this on a Stag without a hi flowed turbo and emanage?

Yep - inclusive of everything (fees/shipping) it comes to $980 AUD delivered. The RHD Jap was about 770 before shipping...so unless shipping is 200 bux then it aint gonna be cheaper. Ok next question is - ground clearance. The Kaki looks like it'll scrap easy...any input from user's who's got it installed? performance wise are they pretty much the same?

Jess said he can cut the exhaust and I can have it welded back togather. Both Scotty and Jesse confirms that there is no performance loss - just aesthetics... The thing with Import Monster and Nengun is that for LESS then their sea freight price, I can have the exhaust at my doorstep from Jesse in 1 weeks time. Not that I'm in a hurry, but IM and Nengun prices are higher then Jesse. Jesse also mentioned that anything IM sends via containers have no insurance or tracking. So I guess its choosing between cheaper/faster/cut exhaust or more $$$/slower/non cut exhaust...

When I got my car it had an Asuka unit installed already. Are these installed in Japan or Australia? I can view TV fine, the reception sucks though. The remote for the unit is awful.

I've been scouting for a catback system for my M35. Planning to get Scotty to make everything from the dump to the Cat and get an aftermarket catback system. Been emailing Jesse Streeter lots and looks like I can get the Blitz Nur Touring or the Kakimoto R for around the same price delivered. So the question is - which one is better? I don't want something that's too loud during idle/regular driving. Sure, if its lound when I floor it that's nice...

I take it this is only worth it for high perf tyres? Cos say if I'm looking to run something like KU31's - its about 650 delivered from tirerack - which is the same as delivered from Tempe Tyres?
