(Soft spring rate of 3) very comfortable for street use. ideal for those who want the comfortability of stock suspension with the added bonus of height adjustability and damper adjustablilty. have had them for about a year. no leaks or knocks. they are fully height and damper adjustable. will provide 2 c spanners as well as the key to adjust damper. your gonna need a wide kit to fit those in. unless you camber the shit out of it but then if your gonna take it to a track you will not get any traction. go for +5 - +15 depending on what look your going for

you can drive as far as you want, you will lose tread accordingly. How much tread? that depends on how far off your alignment is. is it worth losing that amount of tread on your slicks? that is up to you.
