the money n time u gona spen making it turbo, save and when u have the money 2 turbo it, sell urs and get a new 1 with a turbo...thats my opinion..itll prob b cheaper and have change 4 some mods...i had (still do and its 4 sale btw) a 33 gts 4 2 yrs then i got new car....it was sorta a waste of time cos insurance was the same, petrol was the same etc etc...only got it cos my dad thought it was not as 'fast' as a turbo...hahaha

cant i increase the psi higher than 10psi?

Hey everyone Just some questions to see if any1 can help. My car was recently dynoed at 175rwkw at 10psi. Its got a front mount, 3" from the turbo and some other stuff. I was told that i shouldnt go any higher than 10psi because stuff could snap. The previous owner said he could run 14psi on a bleed valve. What else can i do to get some more power? i was hoping to get around the 200rwkw with the boost controller but yet... what else can i do to my car? cheers

i got the same problem, mine slips like crazy 2nd n upwards. started after the midnight cruise. im getting a heavy duty installed by my local mechanic, around $600, he put in a heavy duty on my old r33 gts 2 yrs ago an it was heaps good. i got prices at like other mechanics (ultra tune, midas, etc) n they all say clost to a grand. the only bad thing is ive had 2 wait 2 weeks cos he is busy, n now its getting done on thursday so i cant wait, cos i got a boost controller and i havent got a chance 2 use it yet haha

ive used bob jane on pulteney st and at heanly beach, guy there looked after me when i got my mags 4 my old car, and got me some good 2nd hand 1's when i went through the tread...they got good stuff like balancing and rotating after u bought them 4 free the first time or discounted...not sure exactly

yeh was the 1 on main north rd bout 2 months ago. i got there 5min min late to make them an offer, nd the boss comes out n goes sorry just got sold ...was there on friday, go sold monday yeh now they got 2 34s, black n white 1, 1998 both tiptronic. the black 1 has scratches all over it...if they were manual id go trade in my 2 33's lol

spotted a silver 33 on prospect rd with black bonnet and rims at about 330pm, sorry if i cut u off but i didnt c the car infront of u stop... also spotted silver r34 at 930pm in town, it was the 34 i almost got 2 months ago but missed of cos got to the dealer 5 min late haha, spoke 2 the driver he was cool didnt get a chance 2 ask if he was on sau.

mine idles at 820 usually, somtimes almost 900...very rare at 750....dunno y....got a apexi airflow controller n it shows me the exact revs....its still the same after turbo tune adjusted it 4 me...
