spotted bowdown at arndale, pulled over had a chat, nice guy. then on way home was followed by a magna with logos on the side door, trying 2 drag me at the coke factory, i didnt do anything then lights went yellow so i tried 2 make them (stupid me) and saw cop car last sec at other side of intersection as i dropped it into 2nd.... slammed on breaks, got some smoke, and then they followed me all way up port rd where dropped friends home then left....lol lucky...yes im a bad boy

i went 2day, was alrite, some nice cars, i rekon would make it better if they had more ppl around talking about the cars n stuff, cos like when i went 2 look at a car the guys would just stare at u like 'y u looking at my car for". saw some ncie dyno runs...yeh that 34 gtr from act was fkn crazy. no1 mentioned the nice looking girls...i ran into ppl on several occations cos i was staring at the hotties..lol

saw lots of nice cars 2day... would like to tank whiplash for telling me there were cops defecting ppl n jetty rd as i drove past him, so i turned around n left lol

on rundle 2nite...2 x white 34 (1 with no spoiler), blue 34 gtr (plate ZILLER), white 33 on main north with 2 blue stripes down the middle...no1 would have saw me cos i got my NA this weekend cos mine has a sick water pump. also must mention, while having coffee on rundle i saw the same cop car do about 8 rundles hahaha

urs is pretty close 2 mine (except for pfc and fuel pump but i got some other things) n if i was selling mine id b starting at $23k and see how i go, might even take off some mods like ebc and stereo system n sell them seperatly or keep them 4 next car. was offered by car dealer $15k for a trade in so i told them 2 get stuffed lol.

its always good 2 invest in property. its only bad if you do it wrong. that y you should do research and do your figures before you enter such a venture. at present we are having a increase in people looking to rent, and the properties available for rent is staying the same. the increase is because we are having a influx of students to study and also due to the high interest rate more people cant affort payments on their homes and are renting instead. if i had 'spare' money id rather it being put towards a house than in the bank, cos then its just sitting there. also u can use ur investment property for tax purposes.

we currently have 2 properties 1 of our landlords are selling, both tenanted, unit (90+k) and a 3br house (200kish) both in salisbury if any1 is interested in investing

i have rating 2, im 22 and i paid $1142 for my car (See signature below) with just cars. others might b cheaper but have other differences, like u can only drive it so many kms per yr, etc etc. also with just cars u can do up to 3 mods with out effecting premium.
