Hi i have the bose system.and some time back i had a exteder fitted and was working fine,i dont really want to go auto elec shop. but i seem to have lost my added freqs,maybe from battery removal? any ideas how to get it back? thanx

hi what reason do the v36 desingers have in different size tyres fron rear, would i be silly to put 245 all around i see the benefit in rotating tyres? quick answer would be great as it failed warrent thnx

hi make sure its not your disc pads worn to low level as i think its got a low level metal prong that hits rotar and make scratchy noise...

hi im in nz napier to be exact i found local nissan dealership not very good at certain parts of service,i mean anyone can change oil etc but i asked for it to go on the consult macine,to check things out cost me 80.00 for consult only to be told later they treated my car as a stnd japan nissen (family type car) as they dont have anything about the 350, they didnt even offer 350z info....so id like to know where can you if needed get a true diagnostic...thnz

im not saying bt doesnt stream on v36 but for me ive tried for ages to get samsung s2 connected to stream but no joy any tips?

im wondering if anyone knows how to get my local stations back ive had the car since new 2008 and had extender fitted, somehow,maybe when i took battery out to replace i cant tune to local stations?does this radio auto seek? or am i missing something thanx in advance phil

ive watched my own post get 100 plus reads but no one has apparently experienced this? so you v36 owners if you have you window down and switch motor off can you close your window? like i say i used to be able to,which is handy after youve switched off??

go into setting and turn all the navi off after all it doesnt work in aus or nz look for the good guide on here v36 translation

hi all ive changed some setting on my v36 my elec windows used to retain power after engine off great when you want to up your window but it stopped doing it any ideas thanx phil

i took apart a fair bit of the console i wouldnt say theres any stanard looking connection on just about anything the lcd/nav is xanavi so i guess unless you can speak japanese or russian we are truly screwed...

the handbrake doesnt bother me as its easy to get arounnd i need to know 1 can the cars gps ariel be used to laptop and what progs to run on lappy should i run a windows ce im not sure if all this is anywhere neaer correct. but if it did work a i would have na working and tv if i used a tv dongle thing i guess any othe rideas please phil

Hiya all from nz ive asked a few questions before regarding skyline v36 only my completes messing about got my bluetooth to work with my phone a bit of luck really so it does work for anyone who need this, what id like to know is are there any advancements on satnav/tv etc to work aus/nz i was thinking about putting a micro laptop in running a gps base prog put thro to the aux are there any hacks mods anything at all to get some stuff going? btw i have the full Japanese book on the car was thinking.takes can of text and translate on Babylon ?? in my book it mentions cruise control i cant find anything for that in car comp or was it just delivered with what each client wanted? ok many thanx Phil

also the navi you wouldnt think it would be hard for the japanese maker to do a map for other areas? i guess theres not enough market..? what about the tv any small device to change the thing to pal ? thanx

Thanx for reply re the key light my remote key has no lights to indicate anything if thats what you mean ? will take to remote tonits with a hammer lol

i take it you mean aux input for ipod or a seperate tv tuner?? im probably on the wrong track here but my aux input is in thecentre glove box under the small lift out shelf along with extra power sockets hope this helps

Hiya all had my skyline from new off a japenese show room floor. 2007 great vehicle.. a few things id like to know are.....1 the remote key does this charge in its car holder as i cant see any batterie part on the remote..? and i thought it felt like it was getting tired ? secondly ive seen a few bits on the user control panel... ive worked out a lot of it but has anyone done any english translations? and is it hearsay that a update to nav may be available one day to let it run the nav from where you are?? or are there any tricks/hacks/discs?? etc thanx in advance phil
