I have just started research for a new engine build for me torana, this is the only forum I am a member of and most of you guys know a lot about forced induction so why I'm asking here. The plan so far is stroked 186 < 234, efi and supercharging it. How I want to do it: Pod>throttlebody>supercharger>2.5 inch pipe>400x200x50 intercooler>2.5 pipe>manifold/injectors>engine>3 inch exhaust Now I read its not worth running a intercooler with this kind of set up, anyone confirm? I'm hoping to run between 10-15psi Ecu is another thing I need advice on? And what other sensors should I add in? Is there some formula to work out injectors and throttle body sizes? I'm hoping for around 350hp does this seem achievable? I know its going to cost a lot, and the actual build is probably 6 months away, I just want to be prepared.

Oh Yeh fair enough, just exhaust, frontmount and a turbo probably a gt3071.

Hey pm-r33 what's you workshop called? I'm looking at getting some mods in the next few months and need a tuner. I was thinking of getting nistune?

Well from what I have seen Cyclone Larrys winds were alot worse, I think the media has hyped it up so much.

A couple guys from work found an old vn commodore in a carpark, we called the police and got a letter from the owner of the carpark saying it had been there more then 3 months and we were alowd to break into it and take it. Call the police and tell them you believe it's been abandoned.

Ok cool, know of any places that repair and clean carpets like these?

I have these carpets in my r33 gtst, can anyone tell me anything about them? As you can see in the pic the drivers side one is starting to fall apart. I am also wonder if i can get the professionally repaired and cleaned?

Don't have any parts for you but my skyline got yellowed for the brakes not working. The way he checked was put his hand on the disc and told me its cold so they arn't working. He also asked me if i felt the brakes not working, I said no and he carried on that it's probably because im not a mechanic. I am a fitter and turner and im pretty sure there is nothing wrong with my brakes but what are you going to do about it. I am just going to machine the brakes and get new pads for it, far easier then fighting it.

I have ended up with a spare metallica ticket for the monday show. Just asking the $150 the ticket cost when i got it. It is in the magnetic zone(standing area right at the stage). I'll be coming to brissie on sun so money and ticket can be exchanged face to face. PM if interested.

Now we are talking, my old man use to own a hk gts. I was also looking into buying a late model monaro not to long ago, but stuck with my 33, probably because i couldn't get the amount i wanted if i was to sell it.

If you have to ask what is needed to rebuild your engine, you would probably be better of getting someone who knows something about building engines to build it for you.

Yeh I know, I could touch the power poll from where I was sitting. I had to spend about 3 hours in hospital just as precaution. Had a few cuts and some bruising but thats it.

This happened to me on the way to work 1 morning, hit a 100 zone in the rain hit a patch of water and aquaplained into a power poll. Luckly there was a police officer infront to back up my story that i wasn't speeding or doing anything wrong. I walked away from the crash but I learnt alot from the it which is probably the best outcome I could have hoped for.
