speco & spitfires dont light up do they? i know that autobarn, and cheapa auto spares stock the spitfires and specos

you will also notice in the picture that it is painted white - so i would assume that means it would suit a white car

i think nissan charged $30.. but its a dodgy nissan. The wouldnt look up skyline part numbers, not even the GTR.. so it was just a guessing game.

a good but cheaper option is always an autometer gauge. Can be had for around $160 or so I think.

rb25det with the the R33 gts4 box. Would that work ?

go an r32 gts4 and drop an rb25 det in it.. you will have a greater advantage due to less weight in the r32 (the 4wd might even it out) and way better handling with the ATESSA.

turbo or not turbo?? saw one almost as bad in brissie today.. it was dark blue and had a very poor copy nismo sticker on left side of boot and very poor copy of gtr sticker on right side of boot . Across the tail lights it had silver line.. a bit like a pulse rate.. with peaks etc.. also more of that pulse **** on the side.. looked a bit cheesy.

are they the ones you have on your car cam? if so, they looks nice.. might have to get a few myself if I ever manage to get a new car

i have an idea... events section for each state rather than one. could be wrong but I dont know if there is much point in having one big section. If there ever is a nation wide event it could just be posted in each state its applicable too?

well i actually have a NSW license.. as im in Tweed heads. (right on the border) and to tell you the truth I really wouldnt know.. Havent been pulled over since I have been here, but have driven the new wrx, the new wrx STi, cv6 & cv8 monaro, silvia s15 etc and never had a problem with the police - so I guess they dont have the rule or they just dont give a ****. But yeh - i was kinda crapping my self with the STi as I did a bit of 4 wheel drift from malvern road into chapel street at 2am on a week night and there was a bloody cop sitting at the lights. I just said "sorry, only just got the car today and didnt realise the power it had". Cop was just asking about how i got the first one etc etc and then let me off with a warning for doooorifting

well i moved up north from melb in december last year but... I was pulled over driving an STi and an S2000, both I beleive are well over the power to weight ratio, and I was wearing P plates in both instances. Neither time did the police even mention it being to powerful. First time when I got pulled over in the STi, the cop wanted to know how I got my hands on 1 of 400 of the 4 doors and how it went etc... and the time I got pulled up in the s2000, the cops were joking that I must have robbed a bank to get an 80grand car on my P's. Be polite & respectful and they tend to leave u alone.

In regards to the 3km/h limit thing I am pretty sure it hasnt passed parliament yet - but could be wrong. even RACV said it was stupid, as ADR rules specify that a BRAND NEW 2002 model car, or any other year for that matter, that the speedo only has to be 10% accurate... so technically, you could pick up your brand new Holden Astra and drive off at 60km/h and get booked for speeding cos your actual speed was 65km/h - bloody stupid I think.

why delete threads? seems pretty pointless i like searching through for sale to get rough ideas on prices etc and whats been sold before. same as closing a post..

well, beleive it or not, i woke up this mornign and found a YRV in the garage so i took a photo of the lights.. sorry bout the darkness, still dont know how to make the flash go when it doesnt want to.
