I think they replace the whole rear plastic bit - so not easy to steal. Yeh, its kinda ripping off the r34 but hey - who cares also, it turns the centre brake light into the winker - thats what the wiring loom is for, so i dont know about the legality. They should be here mid next week - so i can show u all in person sometime.

handbrake only clamps onto the rear wheels.. so much worser unless you have a FWD.

the remote start alarm i have has a protection for both manual and auto. With auto, it only starts in neutral... and for manual, it works where it only works when your car door is shut and the system is armed while the car is still running (turbo timer feautre).. and if it detects the doors are opened, remote start wont work... so if no doors have been opened, it must still be in neutral.. hence a little bit of safety.

Muz - I got mine in coolangatta - does it mention places.. cos i know mine was dodgy.. as in they didnt even check brake pads etc. Also, im back in melbs if you want to organise the short shift. Dave

You can paint them - but i like the raw carbon look. They werent toooo expensive... about $200 all up.

I picked these up for my 33 - still on the way from japan at the moment... what do you guys think? Also, it uses the inner brake light as in indicator i think - is that illegal? anyway - thought it would be something a bit different, and they are full carbon, so will match in with my black paint. dave

there is a serial on the unit.. or on the box.. if you dont have the box you will need to take off the kick panel, and maybe unscrew the ecu brackets (dont need to unplug it). It should only take 5 mins or so to find it and put it back in. dave

The hand controller depends on the model of your power fc... so you will need to post which model you have or you could get the wrong one. cheers, dave

I got done by TOG's on my p plates.. 45km/h over the limit, over taking double lines, no p plates... and defect but they didnt say anything about no P's.. guess they had already ****ed me enough for one night tho! I have heard of a few people having trouble.. but the majority are fine.
