SmoothLine - its always different. My supplier can get very good prices, but what parts he can get and what prices changes from day to day. He basically just knows all the cheap stores in jap and offers me stuff he can get on sale etc. If theres any thing specific your after, i can find out the best price for you. dave

GTKitty - yes, they have rules to follow..... but alot of them are on a power trip and use their power to bend you over. 95% of the cops I run into are ****wits, but thats cos they are traffic cops. I know a few dudes in the force and they detectives or something nice and high... and they are top blokes. Its just these traffic cops in dead end jobs are the lowest of low and have nothing better to do than to **** people over.

i had my p plates in vic, where we have them on the inside, then moved to nsw and had my nsw plates on the inside and got given 2 fines on the same road within 30mins for having them on the inside (all up 4 points!). Im sure in vic if i had them on the outside they would probably pull me over and give me a fine for that hey.. easy money

I have heard heaps of people complaining that it takes weeks and weeks for anything to arrive. At first it was becuase someone in the organisation feel ill, and now it seems to be because of the suppliers.

thanks for the info - fat chance of us getting it here. Only thing i remember about the xtrail was it was just as sloppy as any other small 4wd i had driven (crv, rav4 etc). Looking at those specs, 206kw!!!! Would be a hell scary drive!

Rob, I have a small FMIC that fits the Mspec bar perfectly. Needs pipes but outlets to suit stock, so around $100. Its yours for $340 if you want it. Bit more of a spend than the 34 coola, but will be way more efficient.

sounds like this could be a nice little engine. Rezz - i have driven the Aus spec X-trail and it definately didnt have a snail on the engine. Is the Xtrail GT and turbo'd version and does Oz have it? Or will we get it?

haha, it just doesnt look right with all these blokes in white dresses hanging around a GTR! you will notice in the 5th pic there is a fat supra in the background. If you look at that dash, it looks like a lot of custom work has gone into making it work. The original bits seem to match up nicely with the custom bits, but i still prefer the normal gtr int. U can also see the ecu down on the drivers side footwell...

Zoix, all your problems would be fairly straight forward fixes. You should give them a go your self first. Only thing they probably wouldnt do is the speedo.... as it could be a million different things. Fuel sender problems and window motors have been covered on here and SDU a number of times tho. dave

Erin, as in David who works there... or worked there? Ross and I had a discussion and we found a few things that they had slacked off in services... little things like sump plug washers etc.. no biggy, but still annoying when u love a place so much.

Now, I beleive that he has just copied his policy shit off horsepower in a box hence why he has 2 abn's. That 2nd ABN seems like the correct one. Quick look in the phone book under DILLON in Elanora showed quite a few listings, so cant help you there sorry. um, hope some of that helps

easy. 2 nuts on each side (under boot). Then theres about 3 clips on each side, so u need a little bit of force to get it off.

yer, i find if you get pulled over tell the truth. They may think your a dickhead, but will repsect you for the fact that you dont try and bullshit them like everyone else does. I know of someone who got done doing a burnout in a 50km main street (he had just quit work and had a bad day). When he was pulled over he told the cop it was because of that and because he was trying to scare the fool that ran across the road in front of him. got off with excessive noise $200 and no points. Better than the $400 and 4 points that the cop could have given him.
