    oh also, now with the new rules, that car will be sitting there for another 6months on blocks.. surely if its at the docks in open air it will rust that car, + all the others! soo glad i didnt buy a celsior now

    well ross, i went to the melbourne autosalon last month or so. and it was ok.. alot better than others (SAU even had a stand) but there was still a heap of rice.. .it was too expensive.. and if u didnt push into line for tickets, the wait was 3hours.

    u sure front pipes are the same? I have a front pipe that came from an R32 gtst and was told it will also fit an A31... anyone know for sure if it will fit... save me from having to spend hours fitting it on my car.

    my gold ones came from a 92 gts auto.. same size as the r33 ones. I have some some r32s with gold GT badges but they were smaller.

    border express here in melbourne has helped me out a few times with rims. Paid $50 to sent 2 x r32 rims no tires to syd... then $200 to send 8 rims with tires down.. also had a set of 17"s from melb to brisbane and that was $120. Speak to adrian and he should give u a good quote. cheers, dave

    here is the pic. if you wanted those guages in a gtst you would either have to get a gtr aircon (around $140) or move your aircon to glove box. Also a bit of wiring to make them all work.. look very good tho. the speedo cluster itself will hook up no problems tho. dave

    you will be looking more like 4k to fix that damage. If its bent up around your pod, that involves beating it back into place and most likely getting it on a chassis machine. also new front bar, bonnet, light, guard + paint is going to cost. Also any suspension bits too. best bet is too get some quotes from reliable panel beaters and then decide. Dont just go for a cheap one too as it may cost u in the end!

    dont know much about boxes.. but i know there is a bit of $$ involved in getting them rebuilt.. but then at least u know u have a good box. 2nd hand boxes are pretty cheap, but then u could buy another dud. Best bet is to take it to a workshop that knows what they r doing.. never heard of this prob before so u might not get much info from here. cheers, dave

    buying from these guys is definately cheap. Most of the time u will skim past customs on miss out on tax too - but be I would always include that in your costs, and if your not taxed. then bonus. With the tax, you are charged 15% on item cost, then another 10% on item cost + shipping cost + 15% tax... so a bit over 25%.. .which can be a lot on some items!

    hmm, i know geoff was offereing free storage til Jan. I wonder if he will extend the free storage to people who cant bring their cars in to later in the year.
