servicing the flux capacitor, LOL Well to check wheel bearing you are doing it wrong Jack rear up so wheel is of the ground May be easier with wheel off but you need to grip the rotor (or wheel) either side and then push with one hand and pull the other, alternate this back and forth and see if you can feel any movement, should be 0. Do the same thing but top and bottom ... Check all rubber mounts along the exhaust, get someone to accelerate slowly while in park and see if you can hear the noise.. Get someone to drive the car and follow it and see if you can see anything As for exhaust not being true dual in the coupe... well they sort of are as its a V6, two headers, two cats and then a Y pipe that then converges it to a single midpipe and then muffler with 2 tips that flow the same (AM anyway). If you get a dual cat back exhaust then its full dual.

Series 2 Auto speed sensor even when both wires connected both ways will not work. So series 1 and 2 not interchangeable even thou they both fit fine..

I have a series 2 Auto R33 GTST speed sensor for sale, I brought it for my R33 but i need series 1...

Yes it has been confirmed its a R32 GTR one... at least for future people will know to specifically get a GTST one... So i will be looking for a GTST one (anyone got one ??) and then take a picture of where it is for people and the set up of the lines.. Anyone know what length and size of tubing is required ?

Ok the Black speed sensor is off a Auto R33 Series 2 96 Model.... So i dont know if i can still use it or what, but ill play around with the plug and let you guys know...

I am also looking for a Auto Speed Sensor for R33 GTS-T In my pic, bottom one is Auto R33 speed sensor wire Top one is what i was sent after buying one of a forum member who said it was for a auto R33... It fits but has a male plug instead of a female plug.. so i can plug my gearbox cable into it..... Any ideas?

Im wanting to write a DIY for installing the R32 in a R33 mod Im having trouble seeing how i am supposed to mount this .. Bracket is completely different Also where exactly does the pipe go from the actuator since the boost solenoid will no longer be used ? what happens with the plumbing of the boost solenoid ? Have you figured out what they are? Does your cluster lights work? ok so black plug may be for sunroof or something.. its quite short thou and doesnt even react the aerial plug,.. The wires from the cluster are not connected to anything yet indicators blink still with alarm being set..?

ohhhh Thanks, do you also have the green Fusion boxes in the car somewhere? down on kick panels with tweeter, sub, input wires? Mine has two spade connectors as seen in the pic but not attached to anything..? And im thinking Series 1 doesnt have aerial up and down button and Series 2 does so someone put a series two dash in mine thus no cable for the up and down switch... But im still wonder wtf the wires in the speedo cluster are, why i have no back light. What that plug plug is for in 3rd pic and what was spliced into that cable in engine bay..

Just fuel gauge that isnt accurate, says its full with 33ltr so was thinking of somehow adjusting fuel float and change pump at same time

i only have one switch for the mirrors there. The ends of the wires coming from the speedo cluster were sitting near the aerial switch so done know if they would reach and there is no where to connect them to? Or have i miss understood you?

Since i have one about 30k old spare will it be better than my 200k old R33 one?

i have upgraded my 350z fuel pump to DW 300ltr one so have a newish pump, is it better than my 33 one or leave 33 as is? sorry to bring up old thread

This is to replace the sensor inside engine bay near dump pipe right for R233 GTST? what about the one plugged into the cat on the exhaust ?

Problem 1:No dash cluster back lights. I checked fuses in boot, right foot box and in engine bay, all fine. The indicators, warning lights are fine but no speedo, tacho etc.. Here is a picture of the back, which are the ones im looking for?? also someone tapped into one of the plugs and two spade connectors come off it, what reason could this be for? Problem 2: I have a aerial up and down switch, which i found when i pulled the dash off ,had no plug leading to it... I could not find it either ?? Instead i found two unused plugs, the brown one does not fit in the aerial switch and this one ? Random wire 3: Again back of engine near NISSAN cover , the end of these two spliced wires are not connected to anything... wtf could they have been used for? Random wire 4: This runs through firewall and back into car but i cant find where it goes.. Thanks for help guys Oh also i put in $50 and it said it was full on the gauge... wtf? thats 33ltr and only lasted 200km Car is Auto BTW
