  1. Mobil 1 ep-108 $22 best filter - details in the servicing thread
  2. U can buy a cam angle sensor from me to check, symptoms would be Vdc, slip light and loss of power.
  3. I got the rubber for free, I'll take a pic tomorrow. Went to playground and council was installing some and had off cuts, they gave me a strip. Maybe ring up council and ask if they doing any playgrounds and have left overs ?
  4. Need pics of driveway, i used the playground rubber mesh stuff they lay down, its like really hard and great for evening out dips...
  5. I may be ordering some, nissan aus want $150-$200+ each for them.. i can get them for half that so if u wanna go halves in post let me know.
  6. Yes Cody has gone.. i have had a very sour experiance ... i would no longer recommend Nagoya. Short story, in 2010 brought my car when Dmitry worked there, flew down and drove it back with my step dad. When i got there Dmitry said car had just arrived so was not on the website yet, turned out to be a personal import, i didnt know at the time.(even if he admitted it, i had just spent $300 on tickets, as if im gonna say nah even thou car and price is perfect and is what im looking for im gonna go spend another $300 in flights because its not through nagoya...) The initally warranty card i got from him was fake, the compliance they do is fraud, they say they put in a alarm but none was.. Anyway my 24,000 engine was using lots of oil, i did drive it hard i admit but serviced it every 5k. Cody tried to help and sold me $2000 warranty for top $5000 level engine cover by National Warranty Group. These guys are the biggest scam ever, they have 2 clauses. 1. normal wear and tear, 2. Consequencial damage. Basically that gets them out of everything and if it happnes to be that somthing breaks in the engine then they will only replace that part and nothing else that is damaged by that part being broken. So i went to claim for rebuild when they told me to strip my engine down to find the cause and they determed it was "normal wear and tear" that makes a 30,000-60,000km engine use lots of oil.. so no claim and it cost me lots in labour to pull engine and strip it down. $2000 for warranty which is useless, no way would they pay out $5000 when they only have to use 2nd hand part and not fix all the damge... they even voided my warranty after i was arguing with them and asking for a refund... now i have no claim and no warranty. What did Nagoya have to say? Well the owder Alex (who i had never heard of or seen) was soooo insulted like i had personally set out to rip him off when i brought the car from dmitry in 2010 from his former employee, that alex no longer wanted to help or give me a refund for a warranty i should not have been sold in the first place.. Stay away from both Nagoya and esp National Warranty Company Scam...
  7. Intercooler piping is 66mm ID Intake piping is 66mm ID lower turbo piping 43mm ID
  8. Hole has been cut FYI.. will be quick easy job
  9. Thanks Scotty im looking at it now, what about a wet n dry vacuum cleaner sucking the rear bleeder hose? Plus that funnel plus jack front of car up?
  10. Here is the angle and same side outlet intercooler, it will be mounted in a position similar to this. The red lower circle is where the intake pipe should be coming out, the radiator support bracket will need a hole cut here. The bottom of the piping is here, almost lines up directly, just needs a larger to small rubber boot.. Top view, i put the blue HKS boot again where intake pipe should come out. And again you can see where the intercooler will sit when front bumper on. Hope that makes it easier for someone to give me an idea on price and when they can do it, rather asap.
  11. Hey Scotty block has never had coolant in it, radiator is empty, everything new and not filled yet. How can i get fluids filled so there are no air bubbles without turning engine on and thermostat open?
  12. Any idea how to flush engine without using engine? my engine is brand new and needs to be broken in but i dont want to run it while flushing coolant before tune for turbo is done and engine broken in. Any ideas ? Thanks!
  13. Hey Matt, they are the JDM fog lights like these, they come as a option from Nissan OEM I have modified the bracket so it fits my new bumper Kit is here http://www.japanpart...base=1&no=40562 http://www.japanpart...aker=11&VOLKEY= Lug i mean round connector like ground connectors. Black one to ground yes, The Kit consists of two ballasts which the fog lights plug into and the loom also plug into. Wiring loom that starts off from the on/off switch inside the car and then has three relays, then you plug the male headlight plug into the female loom and it gives you a male plug to connect into the headlight on both sides. then on the battery compartment side it has two fuses with red wire with lug on end and then as you can see in the picture it has black wire with lug. Thanks!
  14. So the mechanic that was doing my engine build and turbo install didnt want to finish the job so im left with putting it back together... I cant find out where this one lug goes... on the JDM fog light harness it has 2 fuses with red wires, one red wire coming off the loom with lug and then further down a black wire with lug.... I assume the black wire with lug is ground, but the red wire with lug, is this for positive of battery?? Please have a look in you battery compartment and at the passenger side headlight plug, the oem headlight plug goes into the JDM harness so you can trace it back from there or see if you can see the 2 fuses in your battery compartment. Please look for the 2 lugs and let me know P.S you cant see the red wire with lug in picture but its there... I really appreciate it
  15. Have some work needed on 3" stainless intercooler pipe The stock kit was meant for a SMIC but im going to same side outlet FMIC and need some angle work done. Once turbo is back this week and in the car this weekend ill post some pics up so a better idea can be had to what needs to be done, but if you or someone you know can help with this please let me know. Im in Varsity Lakes, car cannot be driven, new engine, turbo, not tuned or broken in.
  16. i was talking to scotty about that, seemed there would be alot of fab work changing adapters, making room etc and didnt want to risk it not fitting

  20. im about to rebuild a set of AP Racing brakes i got to replace the Brembos. They suggest soaking the seals in break fluid and then installing. where did you use the grease exactly ?
  21. How is coz shipping it for $575? thats pretty good i think. If you sent with pennytel it would be harder to track as they sent the money via their bank not yours so trail ends there. but yeah remove that post
  22. Use Pennytell (mayebe one l) - no transfer fees, you can use direct debit so no fees at all or your CC for faster and more protection but 2% I used them many times when seller doesnt have paypal or accept CC.. Im also looking at CD009 one day too.. what shipping method and price you getting?
  23. get red LED strip and take out stock one, its the solder coming loose causing intermittent issues
  24. No one has mentioned Hankook Evo V12, well priced and similar to Michelin PS2, Federal RSR but way cheaper.. Im on Hankook RS3 now.. do soft and soft on sway bars, get some coil overs and do 8 -8 or 8 - 12. the more you go down from 20 the lighter the wheel = better for performance, cheaper tyres so you can afford better quality etc
