Hi Guys, Need to make a bit of room in the garage - up for sale is some used 17" Semis. I have 2x R888 235/45/17, old manufacture but still soft, plenty of tread. Good for a number of track days.$60 for the pair. Buy the two and I'll throw in a third for free. And 2x Bridgestone RE55S in 255/40/17. Again, old manufacture, and these have gone hard. They can be made soft again using a tyre softener (I'm using the fronts I got with this set, and they are great). A Little life left;one track day, or just skid with them. $40 for the pair. Yeah, should be able to do that. I have a track day this Thursday, so if nothing blows up, I'll be in. Car was originally tuned at Unigroup (290 as well- their dynos are identical I've found from personal experience), however I use DVS Jez, and has been to him quite a bit. Stock S14 motor, incld headgasket. GTX3071R 0.82 housing, 6Boost, 44mm Tial. 289kw@18psi on 98. Lets go and see what they do, if I make it through the gearbox!

See your own Sig. yeah, its a bit tricky to get a Ecu that adjusts so many parameters to work efficiently with such a shitty tuning tool that is EManage.

Lol.My stock SR20 with a GTX3071 in 0.82 makes boost before that. Something wrong in the setup. Btw, saw a 180sx running a gt2871 trap 128mph... Full interior. But yeah, super excited to see SR development.

Nup Not possible. Different type of Ecu. You'd need a piggyback like emanage. Wouldn't gain much for the money anyway.

There are millions of these "I want XXXKw out of my R3X" threads. Best thing is to go look at the RB25 dyno results thread in the forced induction area. That will give you an idea on what's needed and what is wasted money.

It's a rare car if it is in Australia. Sorry to tell you this, but it's pretty much the shittest skyline engine combo you could get besides a diesel! Don't concern yourself with the neo motor. Get a few more cubes and get a R33 RB25DE. Should be able to find a motor and ecu easy enough. Or if your not a p plater, sell sell sell, and buy a decent car.

I can't believe you haven't changed it to be honest. f**k what auto shops are saying. Those guys don't know shit, and couldn't recommend you the right product to save their lives. Do you know that running the wrong oil may fark your gearbox? I suggest you get onto it quick, unless you have the coin to rebuild the gearbox when it goes pop. Get some balls, go back to the place that installed it and DEMAND that they use the right grade fluid, and flush it completely.

Does it smoke when your giving it a boot full, or when it's coasting, say down a steep hill in a low gear?

They have drainage points, but you just have to keep leaf litter and muck out. Bad things happen if you don't. Like those cars that are always parked under trees, rusting out.
