Screen will only come up when you press the button on the top. If no action, then it's ok to pull up the screen. That might provided enough motivation to get the motor working. Mine had a fit once, when it would only come up 1/2 way, after pulling it up to the top of the travel it has worked fine.

They should bolt on, nissan have been using the same pattern for a couple of decades, but the rotor size might be different. You'd have to check the rotor sizes and offsets between the models. Realistically, they don't sound like a worthwhile upgrade. If you want to upgrade, go to the 355mm akenbo or whatever they are. But you'll need bigger wheels to fit them too, see the circle here...? You might just want to throw some slotted discs, decent pads, and high temp fresh fluid at your setup.

Be careful with the coil overs too. You don't want to make it stiff. It will handle a lot better without super stiff springs. Nismo items are awesome, see if you can replicate the rates. I forget what they are.
