  1. I'm thinking is more of a Google translate issue going on here. ESL maybe?
  2. Ok, then explain this one. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/416969-presentation/
  3. This? Saw the car on a dyno in my travels.
  4. let alone the dorrahs wanted.....
  5. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/wanneroo/engine-engine-parts-transmission/nissan-gtr-t78-33d-single-turbo-kit/1011806259 not anything to do with me what so ever, but saw someone else advertising it.
  6. Has posted equally stupid posts elsewhere. Don't waste time.
  7. Yup - airbox with pooer duct. Mine wasn't really different when it had the Pod and the AFM after the turbo anyway (besides on boost). The Pod had epic cold air from the front wheel arch. The Kinetix plenum is massive thermal improvement on the alloy unit. can pop the bonnet and still put your hand on it after a long drive, where you'd end up with 2nd degree burns from the stockie.
  8. Hot! Was about 36 when I left home, low 30s all the way through the lower northshore/city. Intake temps were >50 while stationary, but 38-45 on the move.
  9. ^^^ Thats shit. You should be running o2 correction fine because your supercharged. If you are gentle on it, it would return decent econ, a little worse than stock. If you can't get O2 to work, get it retuned with a Uprev, and sell the Fcon. Mine was tuned rich with boost but still never came close to that kind of fuel usage AND I didn't use O2 correction, just road tune.
  10. Well, its a hot day as most of you know. I thought it would be a good idea to strap the laptop in and see what the coolant temps did on the way to work. Medium traffic, city commute to work, AC on. Highest I got was 85 degrees! It sat neatly on low 80s the whole way, even sitting at lights. Cooling mods are Big mishimoto Rad, Nismo thermostat, Scotty cooling mod, and an ext tranny cooler. I was pretty damm impressed!
  11. Turbo diesels are exempt from the turbo ban.
  12. Does the wastegate control boost? If you have an issue, best take it back to them.
  13. Under 10 litres per 100kms should be attainable quite easily in highway conditions. However, you won't get it if your sitting on 120km/h. Car returns great fuel economy around the 90km/h with the auto trans locked up on the highway. Remember the trip computer goes off the tank level, and is not the height of accuracy if your fuel gauge is inaccurate. Also the tank has a strange shape that can trap several litres of fuel in the opposite side to the pump pickup.
  14. 20s are a compromise in regards to handling. Have a look at cars that seriously compete in motorsport, and that will give you an answer. Of course if you want 20s and performance then look at the R35 GTR range of tyres, but even R35s have are known to go back to smaller wheels in motorsport events. As I said. Outline what YOU want to do with the car. Have you changed the swaybars yet? thats your first step.
  15. ^^^^ just check the year of manufacture. Might find they are a tad old - like 8 years old....
  16. 235 or maybe a 245 if you can fit it? I'm not good on the internal clearances.... but know that space is an issue a little more stretch will give you room. Someone else know? Try looking at G35 sedans with the same sized wheels.
  17. +1 what Terry said. I bought my car off a dealer where Eugene does the detail work before sale. I was very happy with his skills and attention to detail. Sadly now I have to learn myself - so off to the SAU NSW detailing workshop organised by Terry
  18. The ban-stick cometh.
  19. Ford drivers..... Which reminds me - off to rip mine off.
  20. These almost killed my Mrs once. They are a "never again" for me. OP- figure out what your priorities are. You say you want handling, and then want to keep the 20s after we say 1819 is a better option. To give accurate advice, we need to know what you want to do. Are you planing to track the car? Or are you looking for a very good handling street car? Or are you wanting the looks of the 20s with a bit more grip. The tyre sizes you have ATM are really not handling focused at all. They sound like a bobjane special to me.
  21. I liked Sheene. He Rapped hardstylz. Cheddurrrr-lolololoololollol You must have bought his car too right? Cause its got all the same problems, and spelling.
