  1. error codes are generic across the whole brand.
  2. yup. that was Bbennys old car. doesn't look like a big hit for a stat writeoff
  3. So, you've got some new steel wheeled turbos, a new fuel pump, had the injectors cleaned and flow tested, and going to get the car run in on the dyno, while checking AFRs right?
  4. Nah man, do it - will look sick #hellaflush # stancenation #Illest
  5. first stop is to tell your bank that you transfered by mistake and you have not received any goods for this. The bank can lodge a dispute with the bank that the payment went into, and you can try to get money back that way. Also send it to an admin in the forsale section to be added to the bad trader list
  6. dats not fair - cannot view.
  7. Different tyre profile? Jetwreck running higher profile than Footo? Doesn't matter - looks great, and you hardly ever see that colour.
  8. Yup. http://www.drive2.ru..._m35/leks-auto/
  9. Wish you stayed round for the SnS on Sunday - would have been great to have a RS260!
  10. hahaha... thats his oil coolers I think.
  11. They still only adjust for areas where the Target AFR is 14.7:1. No adjustment is made for any area outside of that. Other factors do play a part like all the various temps - air intake, oil, coolant, trans etc, and these play a part in the mixture and timing, but it is not an active change. Even the wideband cars don't do any changes other than the 14.7:1 area of the target table.
  12. Sydney is great mate-I grew up and have always lived here. Worked in Oki for a couple of months. I know American Village, its a nice place to live over there. Can you do paypal or something on the YAJ site or anything? PS- you need to pick up a little boot lid spoiler that the Nismo version had
  13. hahaha... maybe so. I've been told they comply 3.5 factory turbos by one place, but with their rep it didn't surprise me. Another very well respected place when I was looking for a tuner said "yeah, we'll give it E85, and give it 15psi, should make mad power". Told Him he'd be sweeping my internals off his dyno room floor, turned on my heels and walked out because they had no interest in listening to what I actually wanted. Thats why I recommend the guy in my Sig!
  14. This could turn out to be a epic NSW vs Vic battle..... if we got it sorted.
  15. Do they have to be on the car? ***Humph***.... effort.
  16. USMC? Living out in town? I had a look around the parts cars on Camp Foster a couple of years ago.... but thats another story
  17. Toilet paper in India?
  18. Yes Josh, was me. Bit of a Run down after NATS! One tank of fuel to Nats, three days running around, and trip back - 550kms still not empty. Gotta love Jezs tuning, especially as I'm not running O2 sensor correction. 3 nights in South Goulburn Caravan park. 3 foot long subways, 3 breakfasts at trappers bakery (yum!), one farked up neck, $4 into the high pressure carwash, 3 days of sunburn, and loads of faces put to forum names. Show and shine - 4 Stageas came along, 3 C34s and 1 M35. I now have a SAU trophy to put with my Skyline Nats trophy. I have to say, Judging was not strict, and comprised more of "I like this car". I'm not a car trophy kinda guy, but its nice to be recognised for doing something right. If you are positively mad my friends - bring your cars out to events! Seriously, I thought 4 Stageas (and only one M35!) was a bit weak considering the community we have here. Events are cool, you'll have fun, people are friendly. Watch out for upcoming links. Back home tucked up. I'll be adding some more photos and updates of things to come soon. Changes are afoot. And Josh, I have Thule Roof Racks- they are just used for carrying stuff, not for keeping to top of the car for flatcappers.
  19. I spoke to Trent about it on Saturday night for a while. Was good to pick his brains, and He has been reading up on SAU about some of the traits of the M35. Also forgot to mention - Throttle will be converted to Cable, easier for the ECU to run.
  20. Why you want to install tractor engine in perfectly good car? Go to work on the vq. Auto trans can be sorted out with a shift kit.
  21. Ok, so, I'll give some general info, because I know the owner still pokes round these parts, so no numbers or anything in his respect. The owner would like it to be a daily driver, but I think it will turn out a weekend car. He was thinking of going t51, but once the t62 was looked at, change was made. So, the motor is a crate motor from gtm in the US. Basically mercury told him to "tick every option box" when building the motor. Took 4 months to get here. Cost a lot of money. We all know about the gearbox. They will use the stock attesa pump system to run the transfer case. Front and rear diffs are yet to be decided on, but LSDs will be used. The turbo will sit off custom made exhaust manifolds, point forwards tucked under the front reo. This will require a custom radiator. Owner wants to retain AC, but I think realistically the AC will be deleted. A new p/s engine mount will be fabricated to clear the manifold, and dump. Obviously external gate or some kind. Ecu will be a haltech platinum pro ps2000. Maybe with a custom dash. Owner bought the intake plenum. So all in all, this is a serious investment on behalf of the owner. Once the teething issues are sorted out, which there will invariably be, this will represent the craziest M35 worldwide. I hope the owner doesn't mind me posting, but I think we should all be able to share in his excitement about this build.
  22. Congrats Josh! Hoping for a speedy recovery for your partner, and a smooth start to stagea ownership for lil Cooper.
  23. I saw a factory CD009 at UPS last week. It was put aside because 1/2 the box was covered in fluid - suspect cracked case in transit - LOL!
  24. No big deal tuning Uprev. Several workshops in Sydney already have tuned using the software- including a Trader on this site. If you want to pay Uprev for the ability to be a "protuner", then good luck, and I hope you do well.
