piping is not really going to make a diffrence look at ripsfed he is running 2.5" from turbo to intercooler then 3" to throttle and god knows how much power he is making im running 2.5" from turbo to cooler then 3" from cooler to throttle body

i would stick with what is being used and proven. so in others words id spend the money and go 6 boost. what power are you looking for and what turbo?

if you want a yellow go for it however not worth it get a cat back if anything plenty for sale on these forums.

try alot of the v8 performance shops. i know active automotive might be able to help or even just go to wreckers like tony auto wreckers i know he has a heap of v8 but they are all current v8s out of hsvs etc

when i bought my half cut they fired it up for me all they did was set up a dummy fuel system and connected a battery and away they went make sure you also do a compression test aswell no point buying a engine that start just to find out later down the track the compression is stuffed. make sure it is even across the board. mine was 151 150 151 150 150 150. as long as it does not fluctuate to much you should be fine.

mmm that would be fuel so in other words its not sparking. check maybe the CAS but if the CAS was shot it wouldnt start at all. are you sure the coils are not shot.

im running the HDB its fine on the street if you know how to use it. just dont slip it or use the clutch to control the car on hills etc use your handbrake if you have to if your not confident in doing that then go the HDCB however it may not hold aswell as the HDB

in that case yes it should prob would handle drifting to but dumping the clutch all the time maybe not

i think he means intake pipe to the turbo not all of his intercooler piping that could still stay at 3'' and change the intake to the turbo to 4''. when you think about it the turbo compresses the air so it will fit in the 3'' piping

or if you are running a aftermarket ecu that controlls boost run a boost solinoid and use the ecu for boost controll

its a series 2. nah it has been running however its just died in the arse could be a wiring issue due to the CAS had to be rewired to suit the microtech and the VVT application

yeah nah no coughing or anything just crank and crank and crank. he just said it has no spark so im assuming it would be cas

hey guys my tuner rang me today he was about to put my car on the dyno (VLTRB25) it has just had a microtech lt12s installed. he said car had been starting and running just not tuned however now it just wont start. he has now gone onto holidays for 9 days so i have to wait another 9 days. what do you think the problem is. there is power to the ecu and it cranks over just wont start. what are your thoughts it has fuel and spark could it be the CAS. the CAS was removed for wiring reasons and i have heard that the CAS does not like to be touched and often crap themselves once touched

technical transmission in wangara are good they wont be able to do the extention but they would be able to do your syncros

is it a r33 series 1 or to. and mods list? if its a series 1 could be ignitor module maybe or it could also be a vaccum leak or intercooler piping leak
