  2. i know hks used to make a low mount with external gate port but i dont think they make them anymore other than that its either mod your standard one or even speak to kyle at 6 boost and get one made up
  3. mmm this is a tuff one but i agree with elite racing the cas controls the ecu meaning controls spark and fuel so im stumped

  6. ring challange batteries in osborne park they have cheap and good quality batteries they hve their own brands plus more

  11. all good guys i ended up drilling and tapping a nipple onto my intercooler pipe just before the stock cross over pipe where the standard fmic piping nipple would of been

  13. wgmg is speed cameras on the freeway at 4am in the morning near loftus street where its 80 until after leederville traino and giving you a 3 demerit piont fine for doing 100 on the freeway because you have not hit the 100 zone yet. even tho your driving in a stright line on a 4 lane FREEWAY. its a freeway for a reason
  14. series 1 i beleive has ignition module series 2 doesnt or vice versa so no they are different
  15. +1 i swear people ask dumb questions to get their post count up. where the hell did you get the idea to just wack a high mount and turbo on. first thing is first 1. AFTERMARKET ECU 2. LARGER INJECTORS (750CC) 3. BIGGER FUEL PUMP (BOSH 044) 4. IF USING A POWER FC OR ECU WITHOUT MAP SENSORS YOU NEED Z32 AFM they are just your basic supporting mods. and please dont ask what tuner to use speak to at least 4 tuners see what they prefer to use and then take your pick they all have their pros and cons
  16. its a rb25 in a vl so it is using the rb25det turbo it does not have a compressor nipple thats what im saying so i have to drill a hole
  17. nah reason being it is in a vl and i used a vlt intercooler piping kit and moded it a bit and the vlt acuator uses the compressor housing to the actuator
  18. ok im just worried about drilling into my intercooler piping coz its alloy i dont want it cracking
  19. ah i see makes sense now sorry i didnt read the first post prop so really i should tap a nipple into the i/c piping before the throttle body
  20. that does not make sense at all mate. as standard the line goes to the intercooler piping. the only lines i have free is one where i removed the carbon canister and that is next to the throttle body and then there is another from the plenum itself. can i use one of these?
  21. quick question prob a dumb one but im about to go down to auto pro to get a few things. and im not around my car i just need to know what size vaccum line do i need to install a turbotech boost t however due to not running stock FMIC i dont have the nipple on the intercooler piping so im going to T it off on the BOV vaccum line. oh btw its a standard turbo so standard actuator
  22. thanks guys this helps me prove my piont haha im getting the atr43G3 from stao in the next few months for all these very reasons but he reckons the KKR is better i say bulls***
  23. got amate here at work that beleives a kkr560 would be alot better than a hypergear atr43 G3. i have tried to explain to him the quality of the kkr560 and the problems everyone has had with them. what your opinions so we can stop this debate. ps this is a debate of the turbos on a rb25det
