  1. Ah I see I did google it but it didn't tell me the benefits
  2. Sounds good I may even still get you to do mine yet as you did a awesome job of yours
  3. not sure have not got that far yet as a mate told me they will do it
  4. yeah the boys at ovaboost can do it for me however let me know how you go for the low key side of things as im using this for street however i wouldnt mind seeing a external gate sitting there haha eventually ill get a forwrd facing plenum JD customs ( a advertiser on calaisturbo makes a forward plenum for rb25 that bolts onto stock runners
  5. yeah but its all money BSA the main reason i want to move the pipe is for the external gate so i might just get my mate to weld a bung over the hole and remove it
  6. so it is for the aac valve? i wasnt sure thats all
  7. thought of that but for the power im going for its not needed plus ill need to remove all my battery and redo all my piping its in a vl btw
  8. hey guys i didnt want to start a new thread for one question so while we are on topic of ecu's my ecu has wasted spark feature what is wasted spark and whats its good for
  9. hey guys i was looking at my engine bay tonight and thinking how to clean it up a little. now im running a microtech which is Map sensor so no afm and it doesnt use the aac icc valve. now the big hose that goes from the elbow of the crossover pipe to the plenum/aac valve. now i dont think the aac valve is in use as theere is no plug plug into the purple plug on it. can i remove this pipe and blocke it off as im soon to be running external gate off the stock manifold and this hose may get in the way a tad.
  10. Isn't it funny how when schoolies is on all the dumb questions appear
  11. No worries glad I could help
  12. Careful there zebra not all of us from Perth are dumb
  13. All good bro happy to help pm me your number I got a tap and die set here we will organise something
  14. Where are you located as I'm on my phone and doesn't tell me
  15. Well if the sensor is 14x1.5 you need a 14x1.5 tap who ever support you that supplied you the completely wrong tap and is a tool
  16. So the thread pitch you tapped is wrong only real way to fix it now is either helicoil or get a adaptor to make the size of sensor larger and make the hole bigger and retap
  17. Depends on your sensor thread
  18. From what I have heard the td06h holds boost longer I'm not sure between the two it's to confusing haga
  19. The only reason I asked about cams was because I was unsure whether it wod help or not but I'll stick to stock cams for now see how it goes and go from there
  20. Yeah but mines a 25
  21. Speaking of cams earlier I'm going a td06h 20g 10cm on my rb25 would poncams be worth it or would stock cams be my better option I was as much response as possible with as close to 300kw as possible even a tad more if I could
  22. That sounds like.it would be awesome like to see this done just makes me jelous and wish I could get my td06h 20g already for my rb25
  23. That's it Im using a oil for the first time united1 10w50 one of blokes here in WA works for united oil and uses it in his race car with no problems at all my temps sit lower than ever and we currently facing 37 degree days at the moment
  24. It all comes down to the climate swell I have read somewhere that aus conditions should use a Thicker oil than colder countries etc
  25.
