And the basic answer is you should buy modified as you are buying someone elses money pit instead of creating your own. Its an old car and most are thrashed regardless of mods or not. So why not go with a modified car that has had some things replaced. But you have to be smart and have the right mechanics look over these cars because you could pick any option and end up f**ked if you didn't have it looked over properly and you bought a lemon. Also there isn't too much of a difference i price between a quality modified 33 and a quality modified 34. Just save your money and buy a 34 if that's what you want. No point in spending money on a 33 that will definitely be worth less than you payed just to go and buy a 34 later on. Remove your signature. Oh yep got ya. my bad. Could be a shitload of things man. I had to change Fuel Pump,AFM,Coilpacks,Sparkplugs and the fuel pump relays in my RB25det for it to boost normal. So yeah if your Fuel pump works it might be an idea to replace the relays but apart from that, thats all the help i can be. good luck

As much as there was 19,000+ of them made, it is highly doubtful that a car from the first run of GTRs being 17 years old and having been imported to another country would have 49,000 genuine KMs. This is why you can still buy a thrashed out GTS25T with only 120,000ks on the clock that has been in the country for near on ten years. Situation is rough mate. Definitely get a second or even third opinion and good luck with your problem.

Yeah i regretted it, especially seeing as i prefer 4 doors. Was just a silly opportunity that i took up. To me they look too big and long for a 2 door vehicle from the 90s,bit cramped and 4 doors handle better because of more overhang in the rear. i Found the 2 door to be quite snappy with loss of traction compared. Only thing i loved about it was Rims,Exhaust and Sunroof and i kept rims and exhaust aha. Loved the sunroof but because the 2 door roof is lower than 4 door to start with and im 6 foot tall my head was touching the roof with a sunroof setup lol. Mind you yours looks pretty nice in a stock form with rims and no wing I payed $43 at Autobarn. Just walked in the door and they had them on the front desk, payed and left. If you look around you might be able to find it cheaper and i think its on ebay for 39. Some places have higher prices like Repco about a year ago wanted $51. Works a treat every time(Have used on 3 R33s so far ) lasts a long time because of uv protective film you wipe onto it and it doesn't take long to do.
