  2. Not sure what he's after, think it was around 1.5-2G. It was in the car for about 15,000kms (i think) standard N1 block. He'll be back on thursday and I'll clarify the info then.

  9. This is true, hydration is the main culprit. You can lose up to 4kg in water weight, but you can also retain a lot of water with a diet high in sodium. My weight has been a steady 83kg for the past week due to eating the same and staying hydrated. Keep in mind though, muscle weighs more than fat (as we all know) so as your measurements will go down due to shedding the top fat layer, your muscles will also firm up creating more mass. You may actually gain weight once you reach a certain point.
  10. Any opinions on a good late night meal (2nd last meal before bed) when bulking? Recently starting smashing down a bowl of sultana bran at around 10pm. The only downside is the ungodly urge to poo as soon as I wake up lol Last meal is a gainer shake 10min before bed, which is even more carbs so that may not help my cause..
  11. willing to separate? $250 for one?
  12. Steady state cardio and HIIT will both shred fat, as long as the cardio is minimal effort (fat burning zone - specific heart rate to aim for) for long durations, but neither will work very well unless you smash some weights in the same session to spike your metabolism. In terms of what way to train, it doesn't really matter. Strength training, hypertrophy, and endurance training will all get you shredded as long as you follow a caloric deficient diet (cut out carbs as much as possible). Smash down some steamed spinach and tuna for dinner instead of rice... the carbs from the sweet potato should be enough to get you through your daily exercise whilst cutting body fat. Good luck.
  13. haha this is true, but no so much for a naturally lean guy... personally as soon as I start smashing cardio I drop fat% in a matter of weeks
  14. Wow...mate...you're being a douche. Just put a ballpark figure up for us interested buyers, or take your wheels elsewhere ya muppet
  15. My best on bench was 85kg for 8 reps x 5 sets, but then I hurt my shoulder. Now I'm working back up, struggled like hell on 70kg as well today
  16. should change your profile name from yld-180act now lol, that car is long gone

  17. lol farrk, I'm gonna start smashing my arms harder now. 70kg on your lap? How doesn't that bend your knees backwards? Btw, have you taken girth measurements at all? Curious as to arm size especially after hearing those triceps figures (no homo)
  18. christ man, 30kg weighted dips is decent as hell.
  19. solution, stop using machines for a while...
  20. Not gonna say just to eat more, but maybe try to eat more carbs and fats in particular? You have a pretty low BF percentage as your core looks pretty defined. You know you're on a good bulk when you can't see your abs anymore lol
  21. 2 weeks ago, 80.5kg. Today, 83kg. Successful bulk is successful
  22. yo where's the updates at man?
  23. far out that soarer is mint!!
  24. Which gym are you referring to when you say Average Joe's lol? I like Active coz it's quiet when I go to the gym usually, and I know a lot of the guys that train there through school last year etc.
