How do your boots fit man? I've played for many years now, and i've always worn tight boots (suits my quick feet playing style on the wing) because your feet have no room to slip around and rub. Tip I've picked up from the coaches over at Bolton is to smear vaseline all over your feet (the petroleum jelly shit in the tubs that's clear-ish like lip balm, not cream lol) then put your socks on. Another thing you could try is to wear a thinner athletic sock either underneath or over your football sock (double up) but I find this takes away from my touch slightly, and your boots may not fit. Taping your feet may also help, and have you seen those specially made blister pads you can buy at any pharmacy? They're like a second skin over blister prone areas and have saved my feet many times during long hot trials. **What I do personally, call it stupid or whatnot, is cut the foot part off of my football socks, and wear white anti-blister nike athletic socks instead, then you tape around the joining point of the socks (you've seen ronaldo and other players with the white socks one third up their legs right? this is what they do). These socks are much tighter on your foot and therefore prevent blisters (also great for slip in shinpads, slip them into the under-sock then tape the join). Good for your warm-up too coz you can stay cool, then just slip the other socks over the top before the game. ** The only other tip I can give is to change your socks at half time so your feet have time to air out, then start dry again. Hope this helps somewhat coz that looks nasty dude

Bride Stradia Low Max Or R34 Gtr Seats
TM7GTR replied to TKR32GTR's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
Haven't sat in the bride seats, but I have sat in 34gtr seats many times and have nothing but praise for them. I personally would go for the Bride seats though because they look like a better seat for the track (considering you said you only really do cruises and track days in the car) and 34 seats in 32's have been done to death. I guess it comes down to how much you wanna spend too as I'm sure the 34 seats are cheaper. -
Running cr kai's - F: 18x8.5 + 30 (from memory) with 225 rubber R: 18x9.5 + 38 with 265 rubber. Conservative (no rubbing issues), fill the guards with no work done, look nice. Excuse quick photo (bad quality)

The only thing that puzzles me about that study is that they trained the exercise groups at 6 reps during the treatment period, before commenting that the placebo groups with exercise didn't see much of an increase at all in muscle size. Well that's because they weren't training in the hypertrophy rep range lol

T-boosters are a waste of money buddy.. unless your levels are naturally low they won't do much (especially if they're natural testosterone boosters) other than giving you plenty of unwanted boners.. Other than that you could (although some what unlikely unless it's hereditary) get mild acne, hair loss, and gynecomastia - bitch tits.

You should add some chin-ups on your back day, as well as deadlifts, and seated row. Deadlifts will accelerate muscle growth, and the seated row will help build your traps more than shrugs (shrugs only hit the top of your traps). On chest day add some DB flys to further shape the chest, and push ups till failure at the end to exhaust the muscles. Instead of front raises on shoulder day, do some side lateral raises and rear delt flys (the front head of the shoulder gets hit during BB bench press exercises, so you're over-developing the front and not the middle and rear). For leg day maybe consider using a free barbell for squats as the smith machine limits natural movement, and add some lunges and leg press exercises instead of leg extensions. You really need to do some seated row, deadlifts, rear and mid delt work, and add some hamstring exercises on your leg day because from what I read you're over developing the anterior, or front, of your body (walk into a gym, commonly guys have shoulders rolled forwards due to too much chest work) whereas all around strength comes from developing the posterior chain - calves, hammies, back, etc. (all the posterior or rear muscles). Diet comes down to budget and dedication... try to space meals to every 3 hours, 20-30 grams of protein every meal (where possible) with a lot of carbs and healthy fats.

It's very, very hard for me to gain weight as it is (being an ectomorph) so i've always had a fairly low BF% , but I'm not gonna lie, I've gained a slight bit of chub around the lower abs. I'm also only 18 so it would have been some natural growth gains in there, but most of it is muscle. My girth measurements around the waist however didn't change too much, originally 29 inches (small waist, epic V in the making lol), up to 33, now back down to around 29-30 while maintaining the weight (came off of the dirty bulk and opted for a cleaner bulk recently). In response to "if it was that quick everybody would do it" , it's really not that impossible to achieve with focus on compound lifts, very little cardio, and a dirty bulk focusing on carb loading and at least 200g of protein per day. It took me just about 15 months (60 weeks) to gain 22kg, which is around 1.5kg a month. Compare that to steroids or HGH supplements where many people gain 10-15kg in one or two cycles (8-10 weeks max) and suddenly you can see it's not fiction. Now back on to the dirty bulk for this winter, aiming for 90-95kg by the end of the year (although my gains will start slowing) and then I'll lean out to around 90kg. Set your goals high

After drinking 5 bottles of water yesterday the worst of the flu is gone, now just to blow out all the yellow snot . To the guy talking about starting a build thread, how small is small? There's always someone out there who's smaller/bigger than you so why bother comparing (this also isn't a bodybuilding forum so you'll get nothing but support)? I used to be a twig at 182cm, 60kg. Worked at it a little over a year, now 82kg. You would be surprised at how quickly you can gain muscle.

lol what's with all the sweat talk? in other news, anybody have some tips on how to not lose weight during illness? I've had two gainer protein shakes today (50grams protein, 70grams carbs per serve) already, and plan on having another before bed. May be overkill, but i'd rather overdo it than under-do it. P.S. Eating solid meals is ridiculously hard

aha for real man? What was the point of even mentioning "Racepace built". 16k and it's not even able to roll on it's own let alone drive unless you bring your own wheels? Was very interested, but I think i'll go buy a full car for 16k... a shell is worth little more than 6k -
Fair enough, but what's with the rims in that second photo... the white spoke ones.. they're way too big lol
