  1. It was my friend, apparently the other car cut him off. He's ok, but his car is a write off...
  2. another option would be to buy a steering boss kit with a quick release system... no thief is going to steal a car without a steering wheel
  3. http://www.xtrememotorsports.com.au//index.php?page=r35-gtr hehehe HKS upgrades... bit pricey though
  4. Oh I'm just waiting for them to come back for the 34 tonight, golf club to the knees, K.O, when they wake up they can have a nice chat with my dog whilst tied to the clothes line
  5. Update: If you were watching the news just then, you would have heard that 14 cars were jacked just last night down south. This was obviously planned for quite a while, and in thinking there were have been at least 2 guys to push a car, that's like 28 guys involved (or so you would think) ??
  6. hey everyone, Just wanted to warn you that there is a car thief/thieves stealing cars in the Banks/Conder area. Last night my friend had his r32 stolen from our house at sometime between 12-1 am. The car was parked outside on an area of kerb and rocks in our front yard, and was rolled down the hill a few streets down to a dead end where the bastards stole a bunch of things, the worst being both his wallets (unfortunately he had left them in the car overnight). The car has an alarm and immobiliser fitted, but they have somehow bypassed the alarm and got inside the car, before popping the bonnet and pulling out fuses for the engine control and the immobiliser. The ignition barrel was also shorn off (they must be using some pretty heavy tools) and the wires were cut. Apparently they were trying to hot wire the car when a man who lives in the nearest house returned home from work at 1 am and they fled the scene with whatever they could grab. Now these people are obviously quite good at what they do, and are doing it quite regularly because I was actually up until 2 am in the front room of the house playing xbox at the time. Not only did I not hear the car get stolen, but the dog didn't even wake, so they obviously do it very quickly and quietly. The odd part is that I'm fairly sure they cut the power to the house briefly as a distraction because I heard a clicking noise, then the T.V and lights went out. They scope out their target prior to the job as well, because they walked to my house (there was no car to take them there, leading me to think it is someone local). Now Luckily my dad's r34 was parked on the driveway (which is very steep, therefore they wouldn't be able to push it) because i'm sure they would have gone for this too, and my brother's s15 if he had been home last night. If your car is parked out on the kerb, I urge you to park it in a safer place closer to your house because not long ago another r32 was stolen from Banks as well. It would also be a good idea to put one of those steering lock clubs over the steering wheel, as anything that prevents them from rolling the car away will no doubt help your cause. Keep an eye out for any suspicious people you may see walking up to cars etc. because I would sure hate to be the people doing this when we find them.
  7. damn, this guy knows how to sell a car...

  12. hey wondering where I can get some r34 nismo smoked indicators from for the cheapest price around. Surely someone knows of a bargain floating around? thanks
  13. lol what? twisting the chassis from drifting? ..all you really need is a lsd if you're just beginning
  14. What about a white wide body s15 silvia? My bro owns the car, and he would easily be willing to do a formal run, although it's probably best he only takes one person in his car considering it's pretty crammed in the back. 1999 Jap Spec R fitted with a c-west front, veilside front fenders, veilside sides, veilside wide rears, and veilside rear kit. The wheels will be painted soon (apparently) matte black centres with a gloss black lip. Right now it's kind of princess spec . He wouldn't charge much at all, maybe just a little bit towards petrol. Let me know what you think.
  15. usually a black ford fiesta hahaha, but if you see a black r34 skyline in the area on the weekend, it will most likely be me
  16. hey are you located in Southside Canberra (Banks/Conder) ? If so, I've seen this car around and it is very clean looking If I'm mistaken, then damn this looks like one i've seen in my area haha
  17. what he said that he said
  18. Pretty damn excited to see where this is going. The stock 34 wheel is starting to rip and tear at the moment, so I'm looking into a replacement. It's either this custom wheel, or something like a nardi wheel with a boss kit. Keep me updated on the GB + price
  19. That was me meeting up there with my bro (wide body s15) and his mates prior to a skidpan day
  20. might come for a cruise as long as you don't mind 2 slivia's coming along as well?
