  1. Hey guys, Having a few problems getting my box back in my GTST. Any tips? We're doing it on stands so access is limited Had to change the pivot and did the thrush bearing while I was in there. Haven't touched the clutch so it shouldn't be out of alignment. Any tips on getting it in?
  2. Looking for something straight forward to swap into the stock hair driers spot as easy as possible. Just after a small power boost
  3. Figured it out. 54mm for turbo, 41mm for NA. Going to replace spigot bush and thrust bearing while im in there. Will also assess the clutch and see if it needs replacing.
  4. Sick. Looks like a fairly straight forward job! Does anyone know if it's the 54mm pivot ball I need? I've got a 96 r33 Gtst S2 Mspec if that helps
  5. So 2 days ago I drove back home from hotham after being up there for about 2 and a half months. My cars been parked for 2 weeks and was driving as per normal until I got off the freeway. Basically at first the clutch pedal felt fairly "Rusty" to press, with weird resistance and was a bit grindy. Next the clutch pedal went in but it didnt come back out, I pulled it back out with my foot so that the clutch could disengage. Next the pedal did nothing. It went straight to the floor but didnt engage. Had to rev match to drive home. Here are a few pics. Any ideas? I don't really have the denero to get it fixed atm
  6. I forgot I still have these. WTT for something else. Came on my car so I want to change it up a little bit. Rears have like 2 inches of dish. It's fantastic.
  7. If its anything like the GTST, connect the AFM's and then bolt the airbox in place. Then connect the AFMs back up to the piping and plug and attach snorkel last?
  8. Not sure. Will consider offers..
  9. Hey guys, Got a set of these in melb. All tyres are road worthy and the back ones are actually only a few weeks old. Fronts are 235 wide Rears are 265 wide Suit skyline, silvia, falcon or commodore. 5x114.3 stud pattern. Rears are pretty cool as they have a deep dish to them. Fronts have a bit of a lip. Just looking for a change as they don't really go with my car. The silver on silver doesnt look great and I think if I spray them it will take away from the look of them. Not really any gutter rash on them, but the chrome is peeling slightly on the dish on one or two.
  10. Sort of interested in the mines ecu as it will be a quick fix for my car as it's running Ritchie on stock ecu. Not sure on price as I've seen a few for sale and have no bites. I also have an r34 mines ecu If u want a swap haha
  11. interested in front brake disks and if u have the front washer pump (Below the bottle at the front, the one on the left).
  12. Still got an R34 GTT ecu here if anyone wants it $$ inbox me.
  13. front window washer pump (front of the washer bottle on the left side bottom). If you have it, how much?
  14. Front window washer pump? How much?
  15. They stole it and then noticed it was an NA and decided to dump it lol
  16. Skyline coilpacks are a SHHHHHHHHHHH of a thing. Change them out for yellow jackets if you are poor, spitfires if you have the $$. If its factory coils then you got a good run out of them on an R33. R34 ones usually only last 100,000km tops before one starts to go poo.
  17. whats a green slip lol is that like a road worthy in melb? Considering it, i'd have to fly up and drive down lol
  18. RB25det turbo and manifold gone. Found out I have a TCC works type 3 BOV as well. Chasing $80 on that one. Chasing $200 on ECU (Great for a N/A to Turbo conversion) Braided turbo lines (oil and water) $80 Fuel pump $50
  19. Hey guys, Sold my car and no longer need these parts. Have: Rb20DET factory turbo without lines etc Rb25DET R33 (S2 I think) factory turbo no turbo lines Braided turbo water/oil lines to suit with banjos and all the rest - Looking for $100 ono on this RB25DET exhaust manifold RB25DET manual ECU RB25DET Dump pipe Walbro GSS-342 fuel pump Will take best offers :-) Pics coming soon sorry!
  20. You should either get a C34 Stagea RB25DET engine or turbo the current engine. I'm doing the turbo the current engine route. Just follow the "How to turbo your N/a slow slug POS skyline" thread. It has a break down of all the parts and costs. If you hunt around you can get all the parts for under $1000 and bolt it on ur self. You will need to get a tune as the N/a tune is not suited for turbo. Fell free to buy my GT4
  21. Here we go, a photo of it with BLACK wheels. Haha.
  22. Got a great example of a Skyline here. First person to own it out of Japan. Always serviced and not driven hard. Its decent on fuel, kind of its tyres and a joy to live with. However I need something I can put tools in and take down to the beach with a trailer as we are building a beach house (Gf's family). I also need something to tow the boat and my kart. In addition to this I need something that I can chuck wetsuits in the back of and kart parts etc. Thats no life for a Skyline and I can't always use my mates Hilux! So, the cars up for sale. Heres some specs. 5 Speed manual (same 5 speed box as the R33 GTR apparently) ATTESA E-TS AWD system (not sure if its the Pro or not, definitely might be!) Rb25DE Neo engine. 147kW of N/A Goodness. Don't worry there is a surprise coming later in the post.. Cusco coil overs - Don't know much about them as they came on the car when imported. Japan must have very smooth roads as they are set on ridiculously hard, can be softened up but my spines adjusted to it now.. 350z touring wheels. I sprayed these black with plastidip. Going to give them another coat soon, maybe a fun bright colour! The fun part. I have an ALMOST complete turbo kit. It includes. 2x turbos. Because having a spare is always nice. Ones from an R33 one from an R32. The R32 one should be interesting as it will max out on 8-10psi. You cant go past that on high comp anyway, should come on uber fast. Would be fun. Braided turbo water/oil lines and nice banjos - Overnight parts from Japan. Big F off front mount intercooler Turbosmart type2 BOV Nissan R34 GTT/Mines ECU Turbo manifold to suit Dump pipe All you need to find is a front pipe ($30) and get some intake piping made up. I had awesome plans for this car, but my next car will get some love from me in the form of mods. Have decided to get an 88 BJ74 landcruiser (Medium wheel base, fibreglass roof, 3.5L turbo diesel at 97kw). It will do the trick with pulling stuff and ill be able to throw things in it. The gf's uncle has one I can pick up cheap but it needs some work. Time to sell the Skyline to fund it! Before sale the car will have a new windscreen put in as well as a good service. My uncle used to be a mechanic (Now retired) so we will go over the car with a fine tooth comb and make sure everything's in A1 condition for the new owner! Will be stoked to see the car get picked up by someone who wants to turn it into a real weapon. Maybe I can convince you to have a drive later down the track! There is a few bad points on the car. Nothing too big. Speeky front right suspension. Took it too pedders and they said the suspension is fine just one of the bushes is a little dry and is squeeky. Can change the bush but they said they all looked fine and its probably just due to sitting in the docks for a long period of time on import. Front lip has a small chunk taken out of it. Remember this lip is an option thats not on many skylines. Makes the N/A look less dorky (lets face it, most N/A's have no front or rear lip and look a little silly haha). It's about the size of a tennis ball. I'm more than happy to repair this at home as i've had a bit of experience patching up formula vees and formula fords when I wanted to be Michael Schumacher. A few small hail dents on the car. Had a quote from a paint-less dent removalist. He said a 2 or 3 hundred to get them all out without needing a respray. They are very minor and never bothered me. Being a uni student I just sucked it up and lived with it. Pics: PLEASE NOTE WHEELS ARE DEFINITELY NOT CHROME ANYMORE! I'm looking for $8000 for it as is. Well with a new windscreen (current one was chipped but it cracked the other day) as well a some servicing. Comes with rego to mid next year but no RWC. More than happy for you to take your time getting a RWC. Not too fussed. P.S This price includes all the turbo gear listed.
  23. Might be down there soon, i'll keep you posted.
