  1. I'm in eltham 3095. They are kicker competition subs. As I said, I just want to get some boot space back haha.
  2. Got these great condition kicker subs in a box ready to go, wanted to trade them off for something smaller. Not really that into music stuff. I picked them up at a great price and it was spur of the moment. Now I just want something smaller.
  3. Hey guys, Im looking for a place to get some cylinder sleeves machined as they didn't come machined for the rebuild The vehicle these cylinders are from is a 2 cylinder Seadoo jetski that we're in the middle of doing a rebuild on. If anyone has any good places to get this done drop me a message Thanks
  4. Still got this bad boy. I had glandular fever and couldn't do much to sell it..
  5. It's not massively heavier than the RWD. I've got one in 4 door that i'm selling at the moment. Good car, but i'm getting a navara to tow the jetski/boat and to keep all the gear in the tray. P.S It's slower than the RWD, but it's awesome around corners
  6. Haha, it's not just that.. I want a bit of a work horse to take the bike up the bush and maybe do some off road trips! It's a good car, but I don't think it's really the best car for trips across the middle of Australia! If I was sticking to the roads it would do it very easily! Also interested in trade for Navara D22 4x4! Send me a pm!
  7. Looking to get my car in tip top shape for the guy who is buying it. Looking for a mechanic who won't make up BS and try rip me off. Car has possibly a faulty injector or coil pack loom, don't have time to do it my self so I wanted to get someone else to do it Looking for a mechanic close to Eltham preferably.
  8. Also the car is in Melbourne Victoria :-)
  9. So I have been toying with the idea of getting a ute to take my kart to more races rather than having to get my mate to take it. So the only way I can do this is by selling the faithful Skyline. No mods other than after market Coil packs (the original ones went like they do in all Skylines at around 80-100,000 kms) they are Yellow jacket branded. Also it comes with 350z track wheels. They are a fairly low profile tyre with a massive footprint. This in addition to the AWD system gives you heaps of grip in the wet or dry. Never particularly thrashed or ever done a track day. It was just my run around to and from the shops car. The bike was more fun for me for going for a squirt anyway. Comes with a Clarion head unit with iPod connectivity/USB/Bluetooth and some Decent Kenwood speakers in the front doors (The factory ones didn't sound great). Great car, will be missed. Please email me at [email protected] or PM me and I will send you my mobile number (I dont want to post it up on the forums!)
  10. He didn't get devalued for the scratch. It was very very minor. He is chasing me up for it because the company is hard up and it was only a few weeks ago when I left. I believe he is just annoyed that I am very VERY glad to be gone.
  11. Hey guys, Pretty sure mine is faulty! I am after a replacement one that is in good order :-) Thanks, Alex
  12. Ok good! I just wanted to confirm with people who won't automatically be on my side (like family etc haha) I had a fair strong idea that he couldn't force me to pay up, even though it wouldn't be a massive issue. It was only a few hundred $$.
  13. LOL that would be funny. I'm just not writing anything back for the moment. Basically everyone who I have asked so far has said he can't ask for money to fix something that won't get fixed anymore and that it's basically been paid out by insurance on being written off (the damage devalued the car slightly, but it was still paid out).
  14. About a year ago I backed into my then bosses car and scratched a bit of the paint off. Sure, no big issue just needs a respray. It never happened (due to his laziness) but since then I left the workplace. Recently he sent me a message to pay up and that he got a quote for the damage. But I also found out the car was written off before he asked me to pay for it. Does he have any right to ask me to pay for the small damage that was done to his car pre-write off? It was never claimed for or repaired. The car was written off and paid out to him at market value or what ever.
  15. It doesn't look that hard to make. Give it a go! Grab some fiberglass and resin and then line that area with some plastic and mold it, let it dry and take it out. Then just do the face :-)
  16. Alright well I had a nice think about it, won't be in a massive rush to get it.. If ur coming up to melb anytime soon and can meet up I'll grab that sub/amp combo? I'm on my phone at the moment so I can't see location but I think it was mornington? Anyway let me know and we should be able to come to an arrangement! Thanks!
  17. Sub and amp soooo tempting
  18. Hey guys, The amp that I had for my R34 went missing out of our garage (with a few other things) over the weekend. I was looking for something el cheapo as a temporary. Trying to spend as least as possible! let me know price etc. Can pickup this arvo/tomorrow
  19. SO I've had these problems on and off for a few months now and i'm sick of it. It's basically costing me so much money in fuel it's not funny. It first started as 1 coil pack's death and leading to a change. It was fine for a few weeks/months and then it did it again. Then I decided to change the whole lot to YellowJacket coils. I made a rookie mistake when changing them and ended up killing 2 of them, these were replaced with the brand new coil and one of the old ones.. Ran ok for a while but not optimal as two weren't producing as strong of a spark. Then again a little bit later.. same problem. I assumed it was the oldest coil (factory one) and replaced that and the other OEM coil for 2 more yellow jackets. Car ran great for.... ONE NIGHT. ONE BLOODY NIGHT!!!!!! I'm SO F#$%ing sick of it. Plus it's been chewing double the fuel it normally does while it's sick. What else could it be? I'm hoping it's not injectors.. Also spark plugs were changed about 3,000kms ago..
  20. Ughhhh! I've had this problem for a while now. Basically I had a faulty coil, then another one.. I have changed the coils (all of them) to Yellow jackets. Still having problems.. What else could it be?! Coil loom? what else is there that could be causing it? Injectors? P.S I've changed the spark plugs..
  21. Turns out one of MY coils were borked. Replaced with set of yellow jackets and 2 were borked. Currently have 2 OEMs and 4 Yellow Jackets in it.. Whats warranty like on yellow jackets?
  22. Turns out one of the replacement coils were stuffed and killed a spark plug. And i believe i had a semi clogged injector.
  23. Hey guys, Got a 2nd hand set of them and 1 turns out to be dead. Looks like it might have just been bad luck or something. Anyone got a single Yellow jacket for sale? Smashed car? Etc
