    i recently bought a cefiro from a guy who got it from QLD its been out of rego since 2007 and has no number plates. It has recently had a motor swap handbrake and 5 speed conversion and motor is different from the rego slip i was wondering what i must do for me to get sa rego on it has no defects, finances or written off records. thanks josh
